I agree with the comments that say they wouldn’t recommend this place. The guy at the counter was rude. I am 5’3 and came in with a huge box that was very hard to carry, and the guy at the counter was helping another man and ignored me for a while. He eventually told me I can’t scan a bar code there and I had to go somewhere else. This was all fine, but they didn’t even offer to help with opening a door. I struggled to get out and carry it and I just thought a decent human would at least offer to open the door. It really put a bad taste in my mouth about their customer service. Also concerning that instead of trying to correct negative feedback that their solution is to just say these reviews are a scam. They aren’t, and you should reconsider how to treat people better.

Arif (I hope I'm spelling it rite) was SOOO helpful!!! I had to overnight a package and he made it a breeze. So helpful and kind!!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!! Also they have funny cards.

Super rude guy working at the counter. He shouldn’t be working in customer service. I’ll never recommend this place or return. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I never write reviews. Save your time and energy, go somewhere else.Just to add, after I saw the response, I was an actual customer to your store. This is not a fraudulent review. But, I think seeing your replies to comments of customer experiences at your store speaks for itself.
