This location SUCKS! I shop at Sally’s to keep yall in business, cause let’s be honest, the Asian Beauty stores are killing it! This location has poor very poor customer service. I spend THOUSANDS here a year & I NEVER return anything, but I had some curlers that I purchased that popped(broke) so I returned them, the guy says I don’t think I can take them back, MAN!! They’re broke, then he goes to count them, look my boy, they’re all here, all 12. It was $5, damn. This was a hassle for no reason!!!!

Beyond pleased at this location now, I visited here last time around October 2024, and here it is now that I visit in March of 2025, the store is under new management, a male manager that has turned the entire store around, it’s super clean from the floors, to windows, to the products with no dust. Super impressed. I’ve seen him at 2 other locations and the same cleanliness has been A-1 at all his stores. McKinney is now my main store! So glad to have someone like that young man that’s dedicated to his store, HIS CUSTOMERS, and his team. I’ve even seen an improvement of the team there, some are unfamiliar, but I see the improvements from some of my previous visits in October of ‘24 as mentioned before!
GO SEE HIM! it’s worth it! (Plus he is a licensed cosmetologist and barber) the young man knows his stuff!

The store manager was amazing and so helpful! I came in and he helped me pick out hair dye. The dye did not take well to my hair and when I called and came back into the store he helped me find another brand that may work better. Very kind and took his time explaining the process to me.

Walked in early to grab some hair dye before my hair appointment & felt like I was being watched by the white Caucasian lady with short blonde hair she came and stood right next to me for whatever reason … I’m a mother of 2 kids with a great career in dental. I don’t have time to be shoplifting but God bless yall. That’s what the store has cameras for right? You don’t need to stand in my personal space making me feel uncomfortable when I’m coming to spend my money in your raggedy 15+ year store I’ve lived here since I was in 1st grade and now I need to find a new beauty supply to tend to. There’s nothing in Sally’s beauty worth me stealing.

This my favorite Sally’s to go to they always so help and walk me through it all. Plus making sure I have all the needed supplies to finish my service. They are all so nice and willing to help me when I come in. Plus McKenzie help me find the perfect color to help cover my grays and made sure it was match my old color. Definitely best in the area.

Mckenzie idk if that her name her hair was orange she Was very rude didnt know how to talk to people, she was not in the mode. One of the girls asked us if we need help when we said yes Mckenzie came and took over to help us she wasn’t in the mood to help and when we ask her something she gets frustrated and annoyed, from the beginning why would you take over and try to help if you dont even want to help. She got me really mad with the way she was talking and acting, never going back to this sally.

i've been in a few times and it's always been neutral-good experiences, but i went in this morning to help with a bad hair dye job (my fault) and the girl who was working was extremely helpful! very clear she knew what she was talking about, knew exactly how to help me, and didn't try and upsell me which i was super happy about! told me step by step how to fix my hair, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in doing so! i really wish i would have caught her name so i could shout her out specifically in this review.
