I was charged $75 for a basic trim
Price was not discussed previous to service and I was caught off guard due to the fact that there was nothing special or complicated about the cut
No style simple wash and cut
Not transparent with pricing

First time here and I got a color and cut. Julie was awesome helping me decide on the color and listening to what I wanted done. Ended up with the color I had envisioned- this is a rare thing to come out with what you intended. Will be going back here and making it my salon.

I visited the Salon Anabella on Saturday, 11/25, for a scheduled highlight appointment. On the day of my appointment, my regular stylist was off, and I was offered to have my hair done by the owner. Given I had already set aside the time slot, I went ahead with the alternative stylist, thinking it was the owner, so he should be equally good, if not better. I showed him a picture of the style and color I had chosen as inspo. To my great disappointment, the highlights did not turn out as I had envisioned. Additionally, he made me sit with the color for over 45 minutes to process, which over-processed and damaged my hair. I was not offered any beverages during the entirety of my service when the lady next to me was clearly offered a drink. I called back a few days later to have my hair toned and corrected; however, the owner who initially did my hair came in the line and talked rudely and said I did touch up in your hair and now can't do anything else about it. He did not even once offer to fix my hair or apologize. I'm incredibly disappointed with the service and the salon and would not recommend anyone to go there. I now have to pay another $200+ to go elsewhere to have this mess fixed.

I've been going to Salon Ana Bella for over ten years and have had my hair styled by Joe - my mother, daughter and daughter-in-law have all gone here for hair styling, we absolutely love them!

Absolutely amazing! Julie did my highlights and cut today-she is incredible! The salon has a great atmosphere-everyone was happy and relaxed. So thrilled I found Julie-she is very talented, patient, and kind. Superstar!

Love this salon! I recently went through a cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy. All my hair fell out. When it started growing back it was a total mess. Joe worked with me to get me back to looking normal again. The color is perfect and I love the way he cuts my hair. Highly recommend this salon!

Boutros did an amazing job with my hair. I hadn't gotten it done in so long so it was a mess- brassy, uneven tones, roots grown out. etc. He fixed me up so nicely with a full highlight and a haircut. I've never had my hair look so nice! No brassiness at all and a very nice, even haircut. Price was extremely reasonable as well, I will definitely be back. Him and his brother are very nice people.
