No staff was here although someone/staff showed up an hour passed and had the key (seemed pretty rude actually) New to the area and just wanted some clear guidance to the food bank. Thankfully some new members of the pickle ball team were gracious to tell me I was in the wrong part of the building. Won't be back.

Nice people. They are not taking donations at this location at the time of this post.

Regrettably, they no longer accept drop off donations at this site. The only option that leaves, I believe, is the local McKinney Goodwill unfortunately. Far from the best choice and a real pain to deal with. Meh.

I went there to donate a bunch of nice but used clothes and they said they were only taking new clothing and stuff for donations. I mean you take what you get. Used is just as good as new when it’s free

Serving our community one person at a time .free lunch on Sundays at noon for anyone that is hungry. Friendly and respectful staff And volunteers that do so much for our homeless community. Also constantly providing community outreach every chance they get!!! We could not do it without their help. Thank you Salvation Army!

I believe that Salvation Army sold my name and address to other charitable organizations - after a recent Thanksgiving donation to Salvation Army, I was besieged with other solicitations - after asking them to NOT sell my info.

Fired from bell ringing after 2 weeks of checks were short. I told them I could return when they got all the bell ringers checks right. Very sad that people in a place of service can short folks money and then fire them for speaking up about it. I won't be working, volunteering, or donating anything to this salvation army ever again. They cut my throat for Christmas. God bless the majors that feel good about this.

When I dropped several boxes off the attendant was sitting outside on his cell phone. I unloaded most of the stuff before he came to help. He was pleasant enough and moved the last item from my car to the storage unit.I like the Salvation Army. They do a lot of good in a lot of places. We shouldn't judge an organization by one worker.
