I was asked to transfer my items to a different buggy at self checkout. I only had 8 items. The problem is she was only asking certain people and not everyone. Some people had more items than myself but they were never asked. Come on Sam's do better. I did self checkout and you check my buggy & receipt prior to leaving. Maybe you should hire more checkers if the process you have isn't working. I am not doing your job and pay you. Start asking everyone so it doesn't look suspicious.

Great shopping with plenty of merchandise to select from. A clean and well organized store at this location, worth stepping outside the normal location. Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. The customer service is also above average with very comprehensive answers to patrons questions. Great fast food area and it's kept, you guessed it clean!

Their tire service center is horrible. Not only do you usually have to wait a week for your tires. But when you have an emergency and you need your tire replaced you have to wait a week. Then for all 4 tires I bought the lady denies coverage. I will never buy tires here again. Discount tire has them affordable and they have the tires in stock. Do yourself the favor buy them elsewhere.
You don’t strive for customer service. The girl up there literally didn’t want me to use my warranty. I told her the mileage on my vehicle I had 6,000 miles left and she said there no warranty. Then she tells me to call the next day to see if her boss will approve it. I’ve been calling for a few weeks now and the tire service doesn’t answer that’s why i finally stopped in. Then she tells I have to prove I rotated the tires. She never took my number to get back to me. You can tell she doesn’t want to do anything. I’ve dealt with her 3 times before already. She rude and careless each time.

Scheduled an appointment with the tire/battery to look at a nail in my tire, even with an appointment it took 3 hours to replace a single tire.
The prorate system for tire replacement goes off tread depth not tire mileage. I tried to explain to a manager that if the tire tread depth is less then it should be at the mileage then it should be a manufactures prorate system.
You might save money on the front end but if you ever need a tire replaced I recommend a local tire place instead. The replacement cost me almost as much as the tire did originally and if I factor in the tire protection cost I would have saved money not doing the protection plan.

I had to cancel my membership. My main reason for shopping was for scan and go. However two visits in a row, I had items that said I would have to use a register if I wanted to purchase them. One visit it was a chicken pie, the next water. If I’m not allowed to use self checkout, I may as well shop at Costco instead. The lines in Costco can be long but employees are quicker at checkout than Sam’s.

Picked up a curbside order this morning and all the items were thrown on top of each other by this worker with bad attitude and half are damaged!!

Friendly employees. Easy to find items. Clean store. Found all the items I was looking for. I love how nicely kept the store always is. Even though they were busy, the aisles weren’t blocked.

Ordered delivery. Of the 8 items ordered, only 2 were received. Called the store and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Tried to call back and no one answered. Called the main customer service number and was hung up on.

When I went through self check out. The drinks weren’t ringing up as the sign said. I asked for help but instead the self checkout woman wanted to get an attitude with me. When I told her about the discount sign. She proceeded to scan the drinks and it was ringing up as the normal $17. She said, “yeah that’s what it’s ringing up as. Look at the date on the sign. It’s pasted the date!” No, if the sign is still there it should be honored. I had to go back to the back and take a picture for proof. I was fine with trying to show her what I saw. She went to get someone to look at it and put a code in. I am assuming a manger. Even she was rude. They will speak to you in an unprofessional way and treat you as if you’re wrong and stupid. They seem so bothered to help the customer.
