I used to love this place because it’s one of the only ones around that has a drive-through touchless car wash however, just today I paid for the top-tier wash and my car came out looking worse than it came in. There are still dirt spots all over the top of my car and Hood from the rain a few days prior. No water spots. My car is very well taken care of and this car wash has far exceeded my expectations in the past, however lately, I wish I could get my money back, or a few free washes so that my car could get clean. But I have no idea how to contact these people. I’m sure they would agree that it is not up to the standards it should be, I have a feeling it’s only a temporary issue that will be fixed. I hope soon, but I will not be trying it again until I hear otherwise because it was a waste of my money, unfortunately. The pictures don’t do justice, but this was 4 minutes after the wash with perfect weather. A lot went wrong here. I put 3 stars because it used to be a great car wash and I believe & hope it will be back to the way it used to be. I will update my review if it’s made right in some fashion.

Use to be a good spot but I find it cheaper to go down the road and have it done for me for the same price. Also the credit card thing has over charged me twice

I use to come here all the time but as of today will no longer! They had a very rude "manager" who crept up behind my car saying I had been there for a while and needed to hurry up. I told him I just got there and he tried telling me he saw me in my car for a while. I told him he was false and harassing me and I'd leave, he said good....older gentlemen in a bucket hat, pole shirt and shorts. They need better management, because this place is now trash!

Disappointed by lack of communication regarding large car additional fee. Verified verbally with attendant that $100 was cost of detail but he charged my debit card $110. When I noticed discrepancy on receipt in waiting room and went to inquire, I was told that was the large car fee. Wish attendant had properly communicated that when I bought package.

I have driven by this place about a thousand times and live close by, but I have never used the car wash. Finally, I needed it so I stopped and washed my vehicle after a long trip. I have seen some bad reviews for this car wash, but my best guess is that some people didn't press "stop" after they were done (see my pictures) and they were charged more than they used. It will automatically max you out at $15.00 when you use your card if you don't press "stop". This is a nice car wash to do it yourself. The equipment seems up to date and the place looks pretty well maintained. I will definitely be coming back when I need to wash my car myself.

Yeah like everyone else is saying, don't use the credit card terminal, they're bogus. They claim it's 50¢ per minute, I used it for 8 minutes (should've came out to $4) but no I was charged $10 and that wash wasn't worth $10

Total rip off. I used the self service car wash for under 5 minutes and was charged $15.00! $3 a miNever again. Updated: The owners are scum. They tried to make it seem like it was my fault I was overcharged. They initially said I was confused because I didn't understand the concept of a temp charge in my card. I responded that I did and it was a processed transaction not a pending one. They then told me they had posted a comment on Nextdoor that somehow I should be aware of as to what I should do if they stole money from me. Once I called them on it, they said I must be drunk. They are repulsive people.

We purchased and are remodeling the facility and are phasing out glitchy devices which take time. If you have a bad experience and need a refund please contact Al at 318-573-3477 or Brad at 972-567-1512 if Al is not available We are relatively new owners. Thanks. We are remodeling what had been a neglected wash. The credit card system may need to be scraped which may require all new boards. We have redone the lighting and just finished the new spot free soft water system and are now looking into the CC situation. This facility has been a work in progress. Although the equipment at this car wash appears to be nice, it seldom is operational. Today both the tire wash and spot free rinse cycles did not work. The owner of this business does not keep it up. Trucks leave their mud all over the place and it is not cleaned up. The vacuum area is filthy and the entire property needs a good power wash followed by regular cleaning and maintenance. This business could be so much better and more profitable if the owner only cared. Like others, using the credit card function is very glitchy and requires repair.
