The older lady with the brown hair made for a unpleasant shopping experience. She was rude and arrogant. I came in on Saturday afternoon 10/19. The young women with the dark brown was very kind and helpful.

I took my wife to another store just for a color match and they were very rude needless to say we left and went to sephora at kohls and Thomas was amazing he was very polight and very helpful. He made my wife feel very comfortable and relaxed after the negative experience she had just had. I would highly recommend going there for Thomas just for how she was treated by him.

Stewart was amazing !! So helpful and nice to talk to … I had a return and he made it easy :) I don’t like returning things but he made me feel like it was okay !! Then, I found looking at some other products and I was helped by this amazing person with gorgeous colorful hair and make up … I forgot to ask his name but he recommended some things I ended buying !! Plus gave me a coupon for a Sephora upcoming sale … I’m definitely coming back!! love coming to this Sephora ! Thank you so much :)

Staff was friendly. I wasn’t able to use my Sephora merchandise credit here; it can only be used at a free standing Sephora and not a kohls Sephora. But the guy that helped me was cool about it and explained the difference with the gift cards and where I can use my card. The store was organized and clean and most of everything I was looking for was in stock.

All you hear while you are in this store is “we don’t have that here, try Watters Creek”. Not the staffs fault but I would call before you come here for anything in particular.

I feel terrible because I never asked his name, but the sweetest guy helped me. I had previously gone to a different location and not once did someone ask if I needed help, clearly way over my head walking in, but came to this location and he helped color match me and even looked up items if they weren’t on the shelves. He was so patient and nice. I wish everyone could have the experience I did. Keep up the great attitude, we need more of that out here :)

Lilah, Thomas, and Barbara helped me in November when I was shopping at Kohl's for my partner's bday gift. I happened to also browse Sephora before leaving Kohl's, and all 3 of the reps were fantastic!Barbara was friendly and kind, and helped me locate a product I was interested in. Thomas and I had a great chat about brands and products, and he made many intuitive suggestions based on my preferences. He's super personable and knowledgeable. When I was ready to check out (with clothing, accessories, and beauty products), Lilah greeted me warmly, and made the process smooth and easy, even though I wound up skipping purchasing the beauty products.Due to rewards, I always use my Sephora card when shopping, and I didn't realize it couldn't be used inside of Kohl's. Nonetheless, their dynamic made the ambiance welcoming to me and other customers, and I appreciate their awesome service!
