I was trying to get a loan to help my mother out by paying off her loan bc she is retired, and I could afford the payment easier than she could. But I did not know how much she owed, First I was put on hold, told that I needed to finish the application that I did online, which every question I was asked was answered online so that was how it all started... I told her that I didn't know or want my mother's information. The lady asked how much I was trying to get, and I told her I wanted to get a loan to cover what my mother owed, but she just kept asking how much i wanted to get. She had a very rude tone when i asked, and it seemed like they wanted me to get a loan and my mother to keep hers too so they could make more money. I just wanted to cover my mother's loan to help her out. You would think that trying to help out your mother wouldn't be this hard but, it's all about the money- sad.

Never had an issue. The only thing I don't like is when you pay online it don't show your balance remaining. It don't show your payments or your account. Please fix this issue. Ot you will lose me as a customer.
