As a car enthusiast, finding a touchless wash that actually gets the job done is rare—but Signature Car Wash delivers. The touchless system is a huge win for anyone who cares about preserving their clear coat with no brushes, no scratches, no swirls. They did a great job on my vehicle, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely one of the few washes I trust with my car. Highly recommended.

Awful, DO NOT GO HERE! Look at the pictures, see the streaks outside? They are all around. The inside has more dust after than before and they acreatched my tint!! In a BRAND NEW CAR! This place is horrible, left there infuriated. Waste of $31. Guy didnt even offer to refund me. This place is the worst car wash Ive ever been to. I should have looked at the reviews first, looks like everyone knows and posts a 1 star. I wish I could post negative stars!

Drove to come to a touchless car wash from Plano to Mckinney. Told them I did not want spray in my new car, they sprayed cherry of all terrible scents. Also, the vehicle was not cleaned well amd I got the wheel works they definitely dis not wipe down the inside, I could, and will do a better jpb. Car was cleaner before I went to the car wash sadly. Went and let the guy know and he did nothing. Place was awful. Never go here!!!

I stopped by for a basic wash on a car that we use rarely. First, it was twenty two dollars.And the credit card machine wasn't working. Ok. Then, he tried to add on eight dollars for something.And wanted to charge me for something else. And I just backed out. As I was rolling my window up and leaving the guy said, it's the management makes us do it. This place needs to go ahead and close. It is unreal. I went to a car wash in plano and I get no headache.No problems, no issues.

Poor service, rude and incompetent. Way overpriced for the exceptionally poor service that's provided.
That I will not be comming back is obvious, but thanks for throwing me out. From a low quality manager being thrown out by you is a compliment.

The staff is great/ ownership & management are horrible. I tried to support this small business in McKinney, but there is always an issue. 40-50 min wait always even w/ only 1-2 cars in front/ cc machine doesn't work/ dirty bathroom/ no refreshments......w/ so many options you guys should really do better/ will not go back.....and the owners response says it all. I was loyal to this place until I always encountered problems. I would say 3 cars over the past 5-7 years is pretty loyal, driving 15 mins to get there. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Don’t waste your money here like I did. Spent over $60 ($2.50 per floor mat) on a detail and my car is somehow dirtier than when I dropped it off. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Windshield is extremely smudged. Nothing is wiped down. Drip stains everywhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that professionalism was lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, and the environment did not feel welcoming or customer-focused.
When I tried to address an issue with the service, instead of handling it politely or offering a solution, the staff became defensive and started using inappropriate language. It felt like they had no appreciation for customer feedback or business etiquette. The man behind the cash register was especially rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in resolving the situation calmly.
This is not the kind of place where you feel respected or valued as a customer. I would not recommend it to anyone who expects even a basic level of courtesy and professionalism.

Worst service ever and I won't use the car wash again. $50 +plus $10 each mat and the rear ones double price to wash those and everything looks horrible.

By far the best carwash in McKinney. I’m a bit surprised at the reviews who purchased exterior only services were upset that the interior was still dirty. They have different levels of car wash plans and if you want your inside cleaned you need to purchase an inside package. I don’t wash my car as much as I should but after trying most of the car washes around signature is one of the best, and they are brushless.
Because of my highway travel I get a lot of bug guts on my windshield and was frustrated that no other carwash was ever able to clean them off until I found signature car wash and have used them for over 2 years.
