Super helpful from phone contact to hook up and plates. They helped us find exactly the right trailer for us. SOOOO MANY OPTIONS! And of course, true Southern Hospitality.
We looked at lots of prices and theirs were on par with everyone.
Kyle and Taylor were incredible. DEFINITELY recommend!

Bad quality/ bad assistance/ I bought a dump trailer 3 months ago. Never worked well. They said I had to fix it. Stop my job and then to find a store to fix. Never received the plate. Definitely my worst decision.

If you’re in the market for a trailer and don’t check out Silverline Trailers in McKinney, you’re making a huge mistake. I bought a 16ft dump trailer from them, and from day one, the experience has been nothing short of elite.
Taylor is the kind of guy you hope to meet in this industry—a man of his word, straight shooter, and genuinely cares about his customers. That kind of integrity is rare, especially in the trailer world.
It’s been 6 months since my purchase and they’re still standing behind their product and checking in. That’s next-level service.

I didn’t end up purchasing a trailer from Silverline, but my experience working with Taylor was outstanding. He was responsive, transparent, and went above and beyond to help—even though it didn’t result in a sale. It’s clear he’s a valuable asset to the company, and a big reason to consider doing business with them. If the rest of the team operates like Taylor, you’re in good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return in the future.
