Very easy online process to apply. I called to get help and everyone a customer service was Very responsive. Swasthik called after we moved in to make sure everything was OK. That was very much appreciated.

Laura at McKinney N location was the most amazing Customer Service Representative that I have had a great telephone encounter with in a while. I called in reference to concerns of my account. She addressed them in a positive, friendly and professional manner.

I can’t rave about this place enough. I strongly recommend this place if you’re needing a quality and fair place to store your belongings. It was easy to rent and easy keep. I want to say that the property manager Lonnie has been a huge help in making my adjustment to the storage life. I can trust that my stuff is being securely watched and the premises are being kept cleaned. All in all, Go Storage has been awesome.

I have been a Go Store It customer since March 2025. The manager's name is Lonnie and he was very helpful in helping me find a unit that was satisfactory to my needs. He is very knowledgeable in the storage industry and his customer service as well as his professionalism are unmatched. Whenever he is on site he makes his way around the property and if I happen to be here he will stop and ask how things are going and do I have any questions comments or concerns. I honestly believe he is not just doing his job but I get the feeling that he really does care about people. I really can't say enough about how impressed I am with Lonnie. With him on this site I will ALWAYS be a Go STORE It customer!

Lonnie is one of the best managers I’ve seen. I’ve used 7-8 different storage units in different cities so have had experience with many.

You can tell he works hard to keep everything running smoothly, and it really shows—clean, well-organized, and secure. Since the new guy Lonnie things have really changed. He's made improvements everywhere. It feels safe and there are no longer scary looking people walking about.
He's a no nonsense kind of guy and doesn't tolerate vagrants yet he's nice on the eyes and easy to talk to. My hat is off to you for being smart enough to hire this one

Affordable price but regret getting a spot for my trailer here. They gave me wrong directions and ended up getting stuck and damaging my trailer trying to find my spot. Turned out to be on another property next door. The spaces are very tight and no easy flow of traffic.
Update: forget what I said about affordable, they suddenly hiked my rent by 230%. I am vacating.
Update: Keeps getting worse, my trailer has been stolen from this facility! Management not helpful in looking through security footage. Camera was ripped out in front of my spot. Not liable for loss!

Easy and affordable and quick. The reason I didn’t give a 5 start was that there is no human in the office everything is online. Also bcs I called customer service for my gate code and I didn’t get any help. Also FYI the gate code is on the email. But everything else was good hopefully there are no hiding fees like other storage units.
