I’ve been trying to get in touch about my deposit but they don’t answer phone calls. I was supposed to receive part of my deposit back and I have not received it yet from Waterford on the meadow.I moved out in January.

They manage the Enclave at Prestonwood. What Brooke said in her review is true! They do not see the residents a human beings, but only as a occupants in a unit from which money has to be collected each month. The Leanne individual is very unprofessional and ignored my emails when I reached out last year when my car was broken into. Good luck even trying to reach someone by phone!Rumor is that they have lost the contract to manage The Enclave, so if this is true, I hope that the new management does better.

The apartment above flooded due to a pipe under the sink that came lose in June 2021. Our apartment was completed flooded with sheetrock peeling from the ceiling and water so deep that it covered our shoes. They didn't remove any sheetrock. They sent a painter in to paint over the damaged sheetrock while it was completed saturated with who knows what kind of water. They did not provide us a place to stay. Our bedroom furniture & living room furniture was considered non-salvageable by the insurance company. So with no place to stay, we have been emailing and calling to find out what to do and they no one has called or responded to our email. This happened 12 days ago, and still nothing. I am so shocked at the lack of help. There has to be way to hold them liable for this. Vanessa, Marissa, Leanne at Corporate, are extremely unprofessional have not a care in the world about their tenants. This place should be shut down.

If you like to be micro managed this company is for you. They do not allow for their employees to be empowered, it's pretty much their way or the high way. Lisa the regional is very rude and unprofessional. Did not have a good experience here, like someone said if you need the experience this is the place and move on to a better company. Their bonus structure is a joke!

I worked for this company 2 years ago. Not the best company to work for. Regional Mary Proctor needs to learn Leadership skills. She is not the most adequate person to be in this position. She is very, very unprofessional and rude.

The management company MAY be good but their property Managers leave a lot to be desired. Go see Catherine or Cathy or what ever she decides to call her self that day. She is sure to be a disappointment.

I see your responses to the comments and let’s get clear I’VE TRIED reaching out to MARY and she was RUDE and DISMISSIVE I mean what else do you want me to say? The other comments are true as well. I’ve complained about the noise in the Apts upstairs from me and they’re STILL loud so spare me the reach out to us on a one on one basis as if this is a one off event
