Really bad. I went into the store around 10:22 and was told some one will be with me shortly. Guess what, at 11:11, i asked the same staff how much longer i have to wait. She juat said there is another customer in front of me. I just have to wait. During this long waiting time, not one staff approached/informed me the waiting time. If i dont ask, i guess i have to wait for their mercy to serve their customer.

I would say staff are quite very helpful and friendly here. I'm impressed with the way they interact with their customers. Keep it up guys. Would like to use t mobile service again just because how the staff are negaging with their customers.

I visited this location to correct an issue caused by the "customer service/611" line. For what should have only taken 10minutes took closer to an hour or more. The store manager Ashley was very helpful, took ownership and patient with me as I and another store associate continued to deal with the unprofessional agent on the call. I appreciate when people go over and beyond - because it's the right thing to do.

Luis is the man! Zagg couldn't seem to get my screen protector, so Luis stepped in, emailed them, and had them send me two, so now I have a backup. Thank you T-Mobile and especially to Luis!

Customer service is horrible here. I came in for a simple question. The guy checking me in Told me there is a simple solution. Then went and excused himself to the staff room while I waited for him to do his job. I waited a good 15 minutes and then I left.

Latrice is THE BOMB! She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She made the experience. As a manager, you can tell she supports her team which sets the whole tone of the store. We had gone to another location before coming here, and I am SO glad we did because she alone changed the negative experience from the previous location into a positive one.

My wife and I stopped by to upgrade our phones and there were three people working there. We added our name to the list and waited until one employee called for our turn. We started the process and took a minute to look at a new phone to make the final decision. The person helping us started to answer questions from a new customer. After making our choice, we waited until the person helping us had answered the questions that the new customer had asked. He then apologized and started checking in others who had entered the store. He was very overstretched trying to handle all of this alone, while his two coworkers sat down and only worked with a single customer each. We left due to this situation and it being obvious that the person helping us would not be able to concentrate on our transaction, due to the inefficient process in this location. We ended up walking out. I would suggest that you not walk in since there are other locations for T-mobile nearby that run far more smoothly.

Yesterday, I came in for help because I had locked myself out of my phone. I caused the problem. It was not a phone malfunction. I had no great expectation, but was met by Jyai, a worker there.I explained my problem, and he began at once to work through the problem. He actually spent over three hours trying to help me, finely giving me the bad news, that due to the circumstances we had, there was nothing to do but wipe the phone and reload it as much as possible.He explained everything to me as he went along, and never gave a hint of sending me out to fend for myself. When I left my phone problem was solved, with a few problems left for me to load. I can't overemphasize how much your employee helped me,how pleasant he was, and how concerned he was, as he went about getting my phone back in working order. I moved from AT&T because of their service. Poor and unfriendly sort of described it. Jyai at T-Mobile is the exact opposite. Thanks, T-Mobile for hiring and training personnel who really care for their customers. Jyai is a winner in my book. I rate T-Mobile and Jyai as five stars!

The t mobile wireless service is lacking consistency. It worked well the first night but was very spotty tonight. If you are counting on watching during a Cowboys game, you will very frustrated with T Mobile wireless service. I have a 5G tower very close to me . Don't let them tell you service is bad because you not close to a tower with 5G This might be a good service in a few years, but is poor when compared with cable.

Great customer service! Luis assisted me and even stayed late past when his shift ended to help me finish transferring all the data to a new phone after I had issues with the one I originally got. Roman also helped out, and both employees were kind and very helpful! When I first came in I was frustrated, but I left in a great mood with all my problems solved! Great location.
