Straight garbage, if you are going to charge customers extra for avocado at least have the decency to put some on the damn sandwich. Glad to see sprouts is one of the many businesses that like to rip off their customers.

My trip to sprouts was great! I got the salmon and it was delicious ! Also , the young man that helped me pick which one to get I think named Antonio? gave amazing service . Me and my kids will definitely be coming back !

First it was the over the top draconian policies regarding the p3nd3emic(they forced me to cover a 1 year old face or leave the store, even more extreme than most extremist) but now you CHARGE EXTRA for a plastic bag?Many studies have now shown banning plastic bags increases waste due to people forgetting their bags and buying the hefty "reusble" bags just to throw them out after a single use.Reeks of the new world oder. Won't be returning. Ridiculous policies.

No better than Walmart as far as food quality , friendliness or courteousness goes. I was in the store for 10 minutes max, and five people that work there passed by me and not one person acknowledged me. A hello wouldn't be so hard, would it? How about when I was mulling over options, someone could have said "Do you need help". I'll keep on Truckin along and go somewhere else to purchase in future.

Everything looks clean and well laid out. Prices are some what higher than any where else. To charge you for a plastic grocery bag is not acceptable. Let least at Aldis your can get boxes for free and prices are reasonable.

Absolutely love sprouts and have been going for years. BUT I’ve gone 3 times this last month and everytime I get such rude and racist employees. Today was Terry. She nicely filled up the person in front of me, her reusable tote with her groceries. Mine, she just slides down and doesn’t even make eye contact once. No hello no thank you. But the white lady in front of me got the nicest treatment. She just kept making side glances at me and my Mexican friend who was with me. I won’t be coming to this location ever again

I enjoy going to sprouts. Fresh goods and I like their vitamins. Sometimes you can't get questions answered at the one I visit here in Texas. The sprouts I frequently went to in California was amazing and always helped me with my vitamin questions. Seemed like they had more knowledge on the products and hired people who was experienced in that area. Just saying it's different here.

Love Sprouts! I did my shopping for produce at other stores, but their selection is fresher and lasts longer. Healthier options and I feel better shopping here where I can trust the items being sold in the store.

Sprouts in Keller was one of my faves but this McKinney store isn't at all. I no longer bother making the extra effort to go over there. Just another high-end grocery big box
