I was honestly thinking about not writing a review but in the midst of everything I figured I could help someone. I came here out of the hope it wouldn’t be as bad as some of the reviews were saying. I was completely wrong for that. I had an Asian stylist (plz forgive me I don’t remember her name) she wasn’t rude or anything per say more so just VERY ROUGH I asked for a shampoo and my scalp was raw after I was scratched up so bad. I was getting a pixie cut and had asked for a certain picture boy it was so bad. She kept going shorter and shorter. I was mortified when I got back in the car with my partner. We tipped 10 dollars because no service industry worker deserves a crappy tip when they can barely live but man do I regret coming honestly. I don’t want to bash anyone but please go somewhere else if you can. The first picture is what I wanted and I had more than enough hair for it.

I tried to rate ZERO stars but couldn’t. Lady was SO rude and unprofessional. Cut my daughter, was mad about brushing her hair out and charged my ELEVEN year old 30 Dollars for JUST a THIN OUT…not even a hair cut…
Absolutely horrible. I should’ve just walked out. The audacity of that lady.

I've been the lucky customer of Roya's (sp?) for a few years now & have always been pleased with the results. It seems like she's ALWAYS working! Very talented. In fact, after 3 months of being ill, I'm finally getting a haircut tomorrow! I look like a shaggy, greasy dog!

The location smells horribly of cigarette smoke. The women working there are extremely rude. They blatantly up-charged my daughters hair. Will never go back

I walked into the place and then turned around and walked right back out. The salon smelled like cigarettes. Like several people had been smoking. Nothing more than I hate is cigarette smoke. The girl blamed the people next-door for the cigarette smoke. Imagine that!

Rosa is a great hairDresser went to another location in McKinney and and they completely screwed up the haircut which is hard to do on a simple buzz cut and told me They don't lineup the front.... what is the point of getting a haircut ...if you don't look like you got a haircut so so after 7 years I will no longer return to the other location and will be going here from now on
