To be honest I've been here 3 times at at after 8am and this place hasn't been open? I work graveyards and have a long drive and I feel like I always waste time stopping here. I guess update the hours I'm unsure of what else to say. It says it has been confirmed at 8am by 5 other people but I really have no clue. I'm in the drive thru presently and no one is here. There's cars in the parking lot though.

First time being treated unfair due to my skin color Today around 10 am Came here to get tacos , asked manager Jessica the Manager could I add a side of shredded cheese at window , she said I had to order at speaker now I have to go back around and order side of cheese ? I asked her why when there was only one car she was rude and said “ other customers are more important basically and I’m a customer to ? So I didn’t understand that . I then went inside dispite inconvenient it was for me , I asked her for the GM info she ignored me proceeds to pick up phone and threatened me with calling the police . I told her to call them not every black person is a criminal or scared of the police I’ve done nothing wrong , she puts the phone down and I leave after that she then RUNS outside the she is on the phone saying my plate number . ON TOP OF IT ALL MY ORDER WAS WRONG . Please SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED OR DEMOTED racist behavior and threatening me I’ll make sure to tell everyone about this experience!

Customer service is terrible! I ordered power menu bowl and Mexican pizza , they gave me veggie power menu bowl only from drive through. I had to go inside the restaurant and ask for rest of my food that I paid for . They didn’t even bother to apologize. I love the diversity of employees present there but please employ at least one person who is able to understand and speak Basic English.

Lacking of quality of foodVegetarian options: Worst service… I ordered a power bowl menu which costs me around 6$ trust me one spoon rice one spoon beans and half spoon tomatoes and handfull of lettuce nothing except that … i ordered a rice and bean burrito too half spoon rice and half spoon beans … i tried in different locations of tacobel but i npticed this is the worst store ever … we lived near to this store everytime very disappointing service from here … and also last week i ordered bowl but they gave me mecican pizza after i reach home i noticed i got the wrong order i went back to the store but they even didn’t not say sorry to me .. i have to travel back again to the store for their mistake… very rude service yes the manager is not at all friendly

This store have to get 0 star ,there customer service is really very very bad ,and it is just because of one lady ,i don’t know her name but she is short height Spanish lady ,I have an issue so I went that store 4 times and every time that lady behavior is very bad ,I think she is kind of manager because when someone else trying to help she stop them too and said see other customers.i was there regular customer until I have that bad experience

Service was terrible. I was told to order from kiosk. There was a group of young people (8) ordering, and I asked the young lady to take my order in which she did with attuide. I observed that when other customers came in, they were not asked to do the same. The food was okay. Restaurant dirty. The manager she would not give her name, nor did she have on a name tag, was extremely rude to a young man who did not like his food - and requested a refund-he ordered from the kiosk. After I spoke with her and explained that the customer was not satisfied, she refunded him. I could not believe how rude she was to him, and after 5 minutes of shaming this young man, I had to intervene. She needs to be fired, and most need to be trained on customer service, diversity, and running a franchise business.
