This store is frequently out of stock.. it’s problematic and frustrating. I purchased the delivery service for convenience a couple of months ago with a promotional price of $49. To shop here so I’m going to quit trying and shop at Kroger. Also when I go in person, there’s only self service open and maybe 2 full service checkouts on a good day. Possibly it’s the growth in the area or employee shortage but it’s impossible to shop here and I’ve shopped here for years. Also good luck contacting target about cancelling the delivery service. Why offer the service if my items aren’t in stock? This store needs help. At this point, they’re not even close to functioning like other area stores. On a positive note, I’ve always loved the employees. They’re friendly and remember me. I hope their executive management team is listening! You have problems here !

I usually love Target but this location is terrible. I only go because it’s close to the house. But this store is always a hot mess. They always have inventory issues. Clothes are all over the floor. Let’s not even talk about our the fitting rooms. Clothes are stacked up a mile high. The fitting rooms themselves have clothes everywhere because no one is putting them up. Barely anywhere to walk and there are always employees in there talking and just kicking it. Essentially everything but working. Doesn’t seem like this store is managed well at all. They are taking the fun out of going to Target. Disappointed.

Exchange and return manager at that location did not allow me to return cat and jack clothes that I bought my son. I never have trouble returning clothes at any other location. All she asked if it was defective and I said no. She also asked if it was worn, well how am I supposed to try it on my son if it isn’t worn? She didn’t even let me finish, wanted to return this because it does not fit my son. The website clearly says that we have up to one year to return close with original receipt. Also, target has 100% satisfaction returned up to a year as well.

I recently visited Target and had a disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly ? and seemed to avoid customers ?♂️ rather than offering assistance. Additionally, the toy selection was sparse ?, and the overall inventory in the store was lacking ?. This visit fell short of my expectations ??.I

I come in here to grab a drink/snack before work. Lately every self checkout is purposely blocked off, and only two associates are working register while there are 20 others unattended. Lines are 5-8 people long and the wait is ten minutes. Ridiculous, not wasting my time anymore with this location.

I ordered and picked up via target pick up.
Got home and realized that the queso was expired since Feb 2023.
I literally called 12 times so I could swing by pick up a new jar.
During one of the calls, someone answered but never said hello. They were talking to someone else in the background. I held the phone for almost one minute until I realized that no one was going to say hello.
I drove alllll the way back to have my item replaced just to be treated like a discard.
My concern did not matter to the manager Jackie at ALL. She barely even addressed me when the worker pointed me out. As I was explaining my concern, she literally started walking away saying she would be get a new product.
I will never utilize this target again. I will drive all the way to Allen before I return here.

Don't ever have problems with the store, but there is constantly, probably every 2-3 out of 5 times that I come in, employees chatting and complaining about whatever and using profanity out in the store in front of customers. Or, talking about "stupid customers" as if they aren't customers at stores themselves. These types of conversations should be saved for the break room. Just my opinion. Maybe I'm old school.

Insanely long lines, only 2 checkouts open. I had over 10 items so couldn’t use self checkout (self checkout was crazy long too.)

Wow, Target is 0-3 Today and I wont be back. Walked in to get a late' from Starbucks licensed store. Ordered a Grande Late with 2 spritzes of sugar free vanilla. Kid tried to charge me $7.90 for it. Um.. No! I order this drink every day and my daughter manages a Starbucks Second, went to get some Keto friendly bread. Guy says, "It wont be here until tomorrow". Last, i went to get my Ink for my Brother printer. I bought the printer at this store. Guy in electronics says, " we quit carrying that 2 months ago. One more thing. Its almost 10am on a Monday morning. The regular registers are open with a cashier. Just the self scan. Hate this place. I just waisted 45 kins of my life and now i have to go to Walmart. Puke!
