I purchased two new Mastercraft tires from this shop on September 24 for my 2019 Subaru Outback. After approximately 10,000 miles, both tires were fully worn with very little tread remaining, which seemed unusually fast.
To verify whether the issue was vehicle-related, I paid $120 at Firestone for a alignment inspection. I was informed that the tires showed even wear, and there were no alignment problems.
When I returned to this shop, the owner attributed the issue to driving habits and lack of regular rotation. However, he declined to provide further assistance and did not help with a factory warranty claim. Communication felt brief and unhelpful.
Based on this experience, I was disappointed with the level of support provided and would recommend managing expectations regarding after-sale service

$350 for cheapest tire, some what fast service, parking for big rigs is a cluster, WILL NOT TAKE ANY PAYMENT OVER VIA PHONE! Other then that not to bad. Big rigs go behind the Main Street to a small side road.

I went in this morning after being let down a large chain tire shop who left me dead in the water with a flat atv tire. Within 10 minutes of entering the shop, I had already paid and my ATV tire was aired up and back in my truck. This will be my go to shop going forward, just gained a customer for life!
Can't recommend them highly enough for a friendly knowledgeable atmosphere and quick and professional work.

Had a blow out on 380 at 10:45, called to see if they had a tire at 10:50, walked in the door at 11:02, was ready at 11:20! That is CRAZY. Saved my life, as I do not live out here! Went above & beyond for me, I am so grateful! Will recommend them to everyone I know out here & will come every time I need a service & I’m here! The epitome of service, honey! I can not put into words how amazing this tire place is. My boyfriend has been going there for several years and this week my car needed tires really bad. They gave me such a good price for an amazing set of 4 brand new tires. The customer service is exceptional!!!
They also did my alignment and tire alignment and my car no longer has a shaking wheel while driving it feels brand new with the work they did and the tires they recommended. If you need new tires or anything else done I strongly recommend coming here.
