I just went to this pharmacy to pick up 2 prescriptions for my brother. The pharmacy technician that assisted me at the drive thru was VERY AGRESSIVE!
our conversation…
Me- I’m here to grab 2 prescriptions for my brother.
Tech- I have 2 bottles.
Me- What are the medications?
Tech- No, I just have 1 medication that we split into 2 bottles because didn’t have enough of one manufacture.
Me- okay, where’s the other one? What is that one? I had 2 prescriptions transferred.
The tech cut me off before I could finish that sentence to tell me she just has 1 medication.
I then said, okay, why are you being aggressive? You’re cutting me off.
The tech then, threw her hands in the air, rolled her eyes and said out loud, “apparently I’m being aggressive and laughed.”
She went back to her station talking saying she was being aggressive and was laughing and mocking me in my face! The pharmacy GINGER then stepped in and said she saw NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS. I explained to ginger this was not good service and I’m just trying to get both of my brothers medications. Someone shouldn’t have to deal with this when picking up medications.

New pharmacist has bad attitude… two days in a row is enough. Transferring my prescriptions.
Update - now I’m not as upset … pharmacist had an attitude which I did not appreciate. People go to pharmacy because either they or their family need medication due to illness. Please have some compassion. If the clinic is not returning your calls, don’t take it out on your customers.

I feel as if all of the employees, are like family!
They ask about our family in a non evasive, way.
They always respond to enquires. In a helpful way.
I appreciate Ginger the manager, and Carol the other pharmacist! They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to find the best prices and most efficient ways to meet our needs!
Now there is a young Pharmacy tech, that makes our day any time we come in.
Thank you Kathryn, you are amazing!
We all have bad days, but I have nothing but good to say about this Pharmacy group!

This is a horrible pharmacy with so unfriendly, unprofessional and extremely bad pharmacists and technicians. System is always broken and they delay the prescriptions constantly. They need a new manager and the current pharmacists need to retire or find themselves another job that has no interactions with customers.

This pharmacy manager is simply disgusting with her ever so rude behavior. What pharmacist hangs up on a customer. I have never encountered such unprofessional despicable behavior at any other pharmacy. Ginger who is the pharmacy manager treated me with the most disrespect I have ever experienced in my life. And I am going through some rough medical issues. And now because I called her too many times she said she will no longer fill any medications for me at all. So now I'm going on day 3 of no pain medication. Just because she decided she wanted to be a jerk today. And treat another woman with disrespect and made the decision that she will no longer fill my prescriptions. Don't be in the medical field if you can't have compassion for people or find a new line of work, your behavior is despicable. Consumers be warned.

Relationships are hard because we are all imperfect. I have my imperfections and other people do too, but if you're willing to stick it out, beautiful things can happen highly. I recommend Ginger and her amazing staff in Jesus name

This Tom Thumb is close to my house and very convenient. I don't get my regular meds here, but I do get my vaccines here when I need to. I usually get my flu shot here and have been getting my Covid boosters here as well. It's a small little pharmacy in the back, but it's very clean. There is a little waiting room on the side for people getting vaccines and a small room inside that where you get the shots. The people have always been very nice and I don't have any hesitation about coming here. Great little place, would recommend.

The bakery ruined my son's birthday and mine. See my attached pictures of what I requested vs. what I received. The lady who took my son's order in Aug 2019 didn't speak hardly any English and I was shocked to see what they made. Ugliest cake I've ever seen. Looks like Mario on p*** blvd and absolutely no color. I had no time to get a replacement cake. They've ruined two birthdays now. I will never use the bakery again. I didn't think I'd need to go over specifics on how to make a black forrest cake in Oct 2020. Very thin whip cream topping, 0 frosting layers on inside so it was very dry and 1 very thin layer of canned cherry pie filling at the bottom-wow. Hire people who legit know what they're doing or don't offer bakery services.
