The hospitality and care that was shown by all who were involved in getting us on the road was more than a blessing from God!

CHECK YOUR INVOICE. I recently had a truck brought in to assess damages. Our truck was there for 2 days to determine what all needed to be done. When I received the invoice the break down showed almost 800 dollars alone in miscellaneous charges/fees . these charges/ fees included on the invoice are Admin fee : 400.00, Repair plan/ blueprint fee : 350.00 . They charge an $95 day storage fee just to be on the lot on top of another $165.00 per day fee if it is stored inside. not including the original day fee. All in all for 2 days of having our truck there not including the items necessary to assess damages they charged a whopping 800.00 IN FEES ALONE.

Driving back from Houston to Dallas and the driver cut me off at 90 miles per hour with his cell phone in hand. Please talk to this driver and help make the road safer. Seriously he was driving crazy!!!

BUYER BEWARE. BAIT AND SWITCH.
I inquired about a car for sale from this dealership and was passed around by 3 different sales people. It is extremely frustrating having to start from square one with 3 different salesman. The list price of the car I was shopping was 42k with tax, title, and tag my out the door price should have been 45k. However they installed SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS of worthless garbage on the vehicle, not included in the list price that they are not willing to negotiate on. So my out the door price was over $52,000! This is absurd! Do not fall for these schemes and if you see value in this garbage they are peddling I recommend cross shopping to see what the actual market value is for these services. ONE STAR SERVICE

Lizzie pointed out inspection items to watch and discussed gardening and Hugs Nursery plants for sale while we waited our turn to check out. Star added value to our conversation in line with her Texas gardening tips too. The service for my state inspection was delightful because of the value added by these ladies.
