I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. He took it back, polished it up and it looks brand new. I can’t thank Rodney and the good folks at Bob Tomes body shop for going above and beyond. Shout out to Andrew and Rhianna (hope I spelled this correctly) as well for helping out.

Technically professional, nice and high quality work but costly. However, the staff may not be very responsible in lack of communication with customer and insurance company. Took me almost a month to repair my subaru forester.
