“I reached out to this company a few weeks ago for Transport for my older brother who was at PATE in Anna, they wouldn't take him to his appointment, it ended up being cancelled but we just moved him to a new facility in Allen and reached out again for a ride to his Dr's appointment this past Friday, excellent service! My mom and both of my brothers said that Burnet was absolutely wonderful! He even helped my younger brother lift and transport my older brother inside the Dr's office! My mother couldn't have been more pleased with his customer service as well as his I guess bed-side manner he is now our go to person moving forward for any transportation needs for my brother.”

“They provide me excellent quality care. From clearly communicate to me before my ride as to when they will be there to pick me up. When they arrive they are always friendly and care about my safety. Helping me with boarding the vehicle and caring for my mobility equipment. I myself love to chat with drivers on the way to my visit and have found them very friendly and down to earth yet respectful and polite. When I arrive at my destination they help me unload and we communicate about when and how I am going to be picked up. Most of the time I have the same driver pick me up so I am welcome to call on their cell phone to tell them I am ready. They always make sure I get home safely. My ability to get back and forth to my appointments have become stress-free thanks to them I have been using them every week for the past 3-4 months they have really made a difference in my comfortability and my attitude thank ya so much look forward to continue to use ur services”
