This is hands down the best location in the country. The staff is fast and friendly and Adam the GM is always happy to help with a smile. I recently moved and I still drive the distance to use this location.

Adam,the manager is absolutely phenomenal! We were in a pickle with our rental and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us and put the customer first! I CANNOT THANK him enough for his generosity, and exceptional all around service and experience! Xavier and Isaiah were so polite friendly and helped me move my truck to storage and gave me directions and made sure where I was going. Seriously the BEST U-Haul!! Will always use them!

I stored my rv almost for 2 year. They have raise the rate without any pre-notification but only when they made payment during the storing duration. I never complained that but at last, they called if I leave the space or move to more expensive patio because they are planning construction. They wanted me to decide it in a week. It was hard to find another place to store my rv. And after I found another place much cheaper, better, they never reimbursed the rest of payment which I already made automatically every 1st day of month. Terrible service.

after 2 weeks waiting for hitch on my way moving to Florida I drive over 70 miles each way and spend over 2 hours waiting to told sorry wrong hitch? now what? Mr Mathis general manager needs to be doing his job and having workers walking around on phones and ordering wrong parts because they don't take there jobs serious or the people that get damaged by these working stay far away mr Mathis isn't any better don't answer phone calls could care less

Had a great experience with renting a box truck for a few hours to move a couch. Great customer service from Ryan and they made the process quick and easy. Will definitely use this location again!

ZERO customer service. I rented covered RV parking only to discover that the space they rented me did not have 30-amp electrical service, as advertised. I've been trying for a couple weeks to get someone at the local location to call me, but to no avail.The facility itself is secure and priced reasonably relative to the local market, which is the only reason I'm rating them a 2 instead of 1. Since the business is affiliated with UHaul, you'll get plenty of run-around from the national call center, which makes the experience even more frustrating.This facility is working on a massive expansion of their boat and RV storage. Don't eat the cheese. I can assure you from personal experience that it is definitely not worth the hassle. This local franchise is too busy renting trucks and trailers to worry about something as trivial as long-term paying customers.

Worst uhaul facility a person could ever go too. Doesn’t seem like anyone is actually running the place. Busiest store in the area and never seems to be anyone around. If you are looking to waste a lot of your time by all means this is the place for you! Also, don’t bother with virtual checkin as your truck won’t be anywhere you can get too and you’ll end up trying to get an employee to help anyway…

Don't buy propane here. They either don't have any, personel can't operate equipment or missing adapter to fill tanks. Been to location on 3 seperate times and they always have an excuse.

Just got done picking up a trailer. The owner is the one who helped me check out. The staff member that hooked the trailer up to the truck was super helpful. I will absolutely be back to this location! Thanks y'all!

Avoid it and go to Home depot! I rent a van for 4 hours and I paid $112, compare to home depot for $20 an hour which is bad. I also had a surprise toll bill of $58.00 one week after this, this is very sleekly they don't mention to you when you rent the van. Home depot will not charge you any toll fee! if you are rental short term , do not go there. save a lot $ by going to home depot.

Been sitting here in the 90 degree Texas heat for thirty minutes past our appointment , No urgency , I see their 1 Star yelp rating as giving this U-Haul location too much credit for their "work".
