I still haven’t received my order after several days, and I’m really disappointed. I am still in a difficult situation because of this delay. Please make sure my order is delivered to me as soon as possible. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. payed extra for 1 day delivery and now my package can’t get delivered to my address because it has my name printed on it twice. I’ve talked to multiple support people and none of them want to help but I can pay more for it to be sent to a different facility

My 6000 dollar bike went missing ordered tracked it and as soon as it got this location it disappeared

There are lots of process loop fault on UPS delivery system specially experienced for this facility and writing feedback as experiencing again
1- apartment is misisng in address
Feedback1: why in AI world still UPS system not detect partial and full address. How come it can continue with community address without any specific address and if its complete address why delivery guy didnt deliver on so called complete address.
2-why on the spot systems not notifying contact person when contact number mostly given?
Feedback:2-when there is very solid communication tools(mobile, data voice calling, msg) through can notify then why UPS system is not using any of this the moment find discrepancy in address or intention to punish receiver with 1 day delay for mistake made by shipper.
3-system not capable to take an update about missing info of address and convey to delivery guy in field while someone does way before their shift end and especially delivery guy is at the same delivery location?
Feedback3 : as stated above that strong communication channels are available and company to employees can have more secure and strong channels so seems UPS is not leveraging that option and unable to notify to delivery guy in field which further delay and waste their resources (time, gas for vehicle, wage of delivery boy) and earned dissatisfaction from receiver.
4-system is taking 24 hrs to update the address why ?
Feedback- UPS can upgrade system which can update the correction info within few seconds and that can be visible to very very exteriors facility like McKinney Texas and they can serve to customer without 24 hrs++ delay.
I see lots of scope of improvement to serve customer better and avoid dissatisfaction due to system and process gaps.
Hope my feedback is useful to you guys. Only request to deliver my parcel which is awaiting from 4 days and have to wait more.

How does anyone get there packages? They are literally holding mine for ransom and I can’t get any actual person to locate it and deliver it to me. I’ve never had this happen w any other delivery service, we are going on a month now since it has arrived at this facility this is BS

Because a manager who will be retiring soon will not do his job, I am having trouble receiving my packages. I keep getting messages that the address is wrong but it is not! When this particular manager makes the schedule, they put my house number first or last and not in the correct order of delivery. Because of that many times my packages are returned to your wear house. If this manger cannot fix the problem please give someone else the job!!!!!! The delivery people can get packages here when someone besides the manager does the schedule! My phone number is 214-402-9890. Please call me, because I have spent way too much time calling UPS trying to get this straightened out! You need to retire that man and hire someone who will do his job!

Had the worse experience dealing with this place. Paid for signature on delivery. They changed the delivery address on my package and told me it was a system error, they intercepted it after multiple calls that I made to customer service, then they re-delivered it to the WRONG address, to the WRONG recipient and took a WRONG signature, they had to go back & retrieve it again- was ASSURED it was unopened and would be safely delivered, was told the supervisor would take it home to hand deliver it since he lived 15 mins from Littel Elm which was the intended destination- it then arrived a few days later by a delivery man who was NOT the supervisor and it was OPEN AND HAD NO CONTENTS. Meaning the box was empty. My privacy was invaded and my item was stolen. Spoke to a dispatcher Deborah multiple times and she also assured me the supervisor was in possession of my package. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone, calling customer service is a pain cause I have to re-tell the story over and over and I have not been compensated for my package or the value of my lost item. Fraud fraud fraud. I am pursuing legal action.

Been on a delivery truck for 2 days… delayed due to weather ( it’s 60 and sunny out) and I have a vintage guitar that will now be sitting in their hub in sub 20 degree weather for 3 more days on a holiday weekend because of a cold front coming. UPS main has been no help and 2 call backs promised from the hub… nothing. I knew I should’ve told the shipper to use FEDEX. Embarrassing service per usual from UPS.

One thing I can't stand is a liar. I especially can't stand a lying delivery driver who has MY package. I live in a rural area so I choose to have anything I order delivered to my office. The old UPS driver who delivered to this area was great and knew exactly what hours and days the office was open. Apparently UPS decided to switch around driver routes, and now I've repeatedly had issues with the driver. Most recently I was expecting a package Friday and the driver came (or marked down that they came) 8 minutes after the office closed, then came again the following day when the office isn't open (days and hours are listed on the door) , and now they are lying about trying to deliver today and the office being closed. The driver marked my office as closed at 2:45 PM and returned my package to Arlington. My office was absolutely not closed and the receptionist never saw a UPS driver even come to the door. Apparently they just didn't want to deliver my package today so instead lied about the office being closed to get out of it. When I called the UPS 800 number I got someone with a heavy accent reading off a script. When I told them the driver straight out lied about my office being closed, she said the driver would call me within an hour. I knew not to hold my breath, and was right because I never got the call.

My package was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago. It has been saying “Out for delivery” for 2days. Today the UPS girl walks to my door, looks at my camera then leaves. Then marks my package as delivered to “Other” instead of “Front Door”… but NEVER DELIVERED IT!! She wasn’t even driving a UPS truck. She was wearing a safety vest & driving a regular car. UPS doesn’t help because they can’t trace where drivers leave the package or take it. They are suppose to be taking pictures of where they left the package. Nope, didn’t get one of those either. This time of the year is THE WORST & package theft is at an all time high. But the police are now involved.

The McKenny hub has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get a package delivered for the last for days. The online customer service is no better. They do not care about their customers satisfaction. Worst service ever. I have traveled around the United States for the last nine years and have never had an issue in other states and cities.

This is the WORSE location EVER!!!!!! My package is currently being held hostage at this location. The lady told me I can not come pick up my package because they don’t allow customers there at that location and the delivery drivers clearly can’t read because they don’t know how to read an address on the package. And nor can they send it to another location where I can just come pick it up. This all has been absolutely ridiculous. I still don’t have my package and it was supposed to be delivered days ago where I paid for express shipping. And this is the day I needed what I ordered. I was told a supervisor would give me a call and I haven’t heard a word. This location and the people in it needs to be closed down!
