Jordan, Nevin and their coworkers are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted by name with such warmth that it feels like visiting friends rather than running an errand. Every visit is marked by professional service, genuine kindness, and an attention to detail that makes everything easy. They’re not only efficient and reliable, but also go out of their way to help. I’m so grateful for the care they show—truly the best UPS store.

If you just absolutely have to ship something out at a UPS I guess it works. But even if you use their services, they’re pretty rude or short with the customers.
Especially rude if you’re just dropping off Amazon packages.
Don’t need any help with anything either because they will just brush you off.

I’ve returned multiple SHEIN products multiple times at UPS stores - these guys want to charge me 4$ for bagging.
Better of visiting Allen location who never play such gimmicks
These franchise locations have getting out of hand up-charging for same services which UPS company owned don’t.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the UPS location on Eldorado in McKinney. I believe the franchise owner, Jeff, should address the conduct of both Melissa and Daniel. I visited the store at 3:58 PM for a simple notary service. There were only two customers inside, and when I approached the counter, Daniel informed me that he couldn't assist because it was 4:02 PM. Although the store is open until 5 PM, they refused to provide service to someone who was already in line.
Daniel and Melissa later claimed they were too busy to help and falsely stated that the system wouldn't process the notary charges. This was not accurate. Fortunately, a third employee stepped in and completed the notarization. I later discovered that all three employees were notaries, but clearly two employees simply did not want to provide the under 4 min service. While I appreciate the assistance I received, I am disturbed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location. I urge you to share this feedback with UPS corporate.

I went in today with 2 Amazon returns, one required a return label be printed. I had no idea and they wanted $3.25 to print one page on normal regular copy paper. That is really low, you drive your item there, stand in line so they are certain you will give in and pay whatever they require. Most people don’t own printers and they are paid to take those returns. That is just plain greedy, so much for customer service. I will never do business there again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this UPS Store in February 2025 to 3D print a model of a newly designed molecule for my daughter’s science competition. Unfortunately, the print came out broken. As it was a last-minute job, I told the staff I’d confirm next steps after checking with my daughter. Before leaving the store on February 8th at 3:30 PM, I was assured they would either refund the payment or reprint the model once I called back.
I called the store on February 12th at 11:52 AM to request a refund, and was told I needed to come in person. I was out of town and couldn’t visit until May 3rd. At that point, I was told that they could not issue a refund because the employee who handled it no longer worked there and that once a 3D print is paid for, no refund is possible.
To make matters worse, the 3D printer at this store is outdated—over a decade old—and is clearly not capable of producing quality prints. I strongly advise against using this location for 3D printing services.

There’s trying to make a profit then there’s highway robbery.😂
Definitely overcharging for things like bags ($9 for 2 plastic mailers) and to print out labels ($4 for one sheet of paper). I just bought a 50 pack of mailers on Amazon for $11, they even have 100 packs for that price. Also can do document printing for 25¢ else where.
Other than that it’s pretty easy if you bring in a QR code and things already packed. I personally wouldn’t do anything else here though.

I went in to do an amazon return and need a box for the item. They looked me straight in the eye and said the box would cost 59$. Go back and read that again just in case you read it too fast. That's 59$.....for a box. Just an empty box. Before you ask, no, it is not made out of aircraft grade aluminum, it doesn't have racing stripes or even bluetooth connectivity. Its just a cardboard box. Hey, UPS, why don't you just have your employees blow cigar smoke in my face and give me the finger? That would have been more respectful than trying to charge me 59$ for a bit of glorified paper.
