If you operate a business and are bulk shipping I'd choose another drop off. I just had multiple packages returned back to my business and had out outbound addresses marked on black. See photo. I will be looking for another option.

The stars can be wrong! lol. I came here at 4.30 on a Friday and waited for 2 minutes and was done in just as many… Great experience! The employee that helped me was very kind as well.
