This location is the WORST. I sell on Depop and Mercari and they’ve lost multiple packages in the last month with no explanation as to what could’ve happened. They told me to call the resolution center, which is all just robots and do not have any answers DO NOT ship here if you want your packages to arrive to whoever you’re sending them to.

There are a woman and man that work there. The older woman is beyond rude. Is courteous to a man but when it is my turn aggressively calls and belittles me in front of other customers with her condescending tone. Slaps a sharpie on the counter and says she is gonna go on her brake in the middle of mailing my things. She needs to quit because obviously doesn’t know how to talk to customers or have zero professionalism.

They supposedly scanned my package at this location but that was it. No delivery. No movement. No accountability. Lost items that belonged to my deceased mother. Lost. Stolen. Whatever you want to believe. Even though it was insured. Where did it go? What happened to it? No answers. Nobody knows.

This post office is convenient for location and scaled down in regards to size. However, I could not use the kiosk because it was out of stamps and could not provide postage for priority mail or larger envelopes.

I'm at my wit's end with this postal service! They've demonstrated a staggering lack of responsibility and professionalism.
Firstly, they lost my child's birth certificate! A document of immense importance to me and my family. How can they be so careless and irresponsible?
Secondly, they misplaced a package sent to me. No tracking, no information, just complete uncertainty.
Thirdly, they returned a package sent from Ukraine on the very same day they received it! Without even attempting to contact me. How can they be so absurd?
Lastly, they failed to deliver a package despite me being at home! They left a note claiming I wasn't home, which was a blatant lie. Now, I'm forced to hunt down the package at the post office since their website doesn't allow rescheduling.
This postal service is a nightmare! They're incapable of doing their job, disregard customer needs, and take no responsibility for their actions. If you want to avoid similar issues, I strongly advise against using this postal service!

Wow, the customer service is over the top amazing. I have never visited here, just dropped off a (after hours) preprinted small box and I put it into the wrong drawer. It got stuck. Dang. The heavy fellow in the back came up and said “now why would you ever put a box in the envelope slot?!” Well, it wasnt labeled as such and a drawer should accept a very small box. He pointed at the large bin behind me and said thats where it needs to go. I apologized and said I’d never been there before and l asked if he wanted me to put it there? He said curtly “no. Its fixed” and shut the dutch door in my face. ok. I’m sure he doesnt enjoy his job and clearly I put the very small box in the wrong drawer. He wasnt very nice about it. I will find another USPS location to visit the next time.

Today I went there after 4pm,,the lady do my services is so terrible customer service,,,make me feel so uncomfortable but I try calm my self down because she's a old lady, but she told me here she doing business, the way she talked to me is not nice, but I come in for send my phone back to the company, if I don't understand something she can explain to me, doesn't have talk so smart made me feel uncomfortable and not happy like that...usps pls check ,she is not helpful,rude,mean to customers. So she can work somewhere else, I don't believe she is made for the front desk job.

Quick. I use the self serve .but normally this place is not too busy so you can go to staff member. Always nice people.
