“AHH! This place! I had my wedding on January 16th, 2026 and it was PERFECT. This venue was truly the venue of my dreams. Although it says ranch, it has a vintage homey vibe. I wanted somewhere that had decor and character so we did not have to worry about adding extra things. Avalon was perfect for this! The home is just that, a home! If you want an effortless and beautiful venue that speaks for itself, AND feels like a home, this place is perfect. Truly couldn't have found a better place for price, location, and the people here are incredible! So helpful! Take advantage of the couple of hours they give you to do your bridals here! Mine where SO dreamy and it was just me and my photographer! ALSO, they have a storage room with so many extra signs, candles, decor, and just things that you can use FOR FREE! This saved me so much stress and you can just put it back once your done. I cannot rave enough about this place!”

“So first and foremost, I want to thank the owners. My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and him and my mother never had a wedding (which they always wanted) it's been 2 years now (dad passed away about 2 weeks after) but I will forever remember this place for going above and beyond to help my mom and dad have the surprise wedding we put together for them. They let us rent it at almost nothing. The memories you created for a dying man's family will never be beat. I tell everyone I know about this place to this day! Such a beautiful venue. I couldn't have asked for anywhere more perfect!”

“I went with a group of friends in December for a Christmas Tea. It was wonderful! The house has been beautifully restored and was decorated for the Christmas Holidays. The brunch was delicious, the service was excellent with the added bonus of some of the area’s Speciality Boutiques on site for Christmas shopping. The whole experience was great and I hope to go back again in the future.”
“had my wedding reception in May of last year, and everything was excellent. Karen’s service was outstanding — she was always helpful and willing to assist with anything we needed. The venue is beautiful; we had part of the reception in the lovely garden and then moved into the carriage house, where we had a wonderful party. I highly recommend it.”
“We are so grateful that we were able to get married at the Cotton Mill! It is such a unique and beautiful space. We had already signed with them, when shortly after they changed over ownership/management to CN Catering and we couldn’t have been happier. They came in and immediately made upgrades to the outdoor ceremony space. They were so easy to work with the entirety of the process! Thank you Madison!! She was a great communicator and answered our endless questions. We were able to come by the venue several times with our different vendors. The day was gorgeous and people were so complementary of the ceremony site!
The only suggestion I would make would be to have the bar area outside cleaned up a little better. It was really dusty/dirty. Other than that, everything looked great and went smoothly! Thank you Cotton Mill!”
“If you like nature, this is the perfect place, if you don't, this still is the perfect place. Made good use of the passport program with the museums in America. Each trail was a little under 2 miles which was more than doable for me and my six year. Make sure to grab your water and reasonable priced snacks from the gift shop and have had it. This is the perfect place when it's not to hot outside.”
