My fiancé and I just had a baby and I am 10 days postpartum. I called in the morning at 9 am to ask for a ready window and advise the woman we had a new born so we needed to have an idea. She said 2:30. My fiance arrived to pick the meds up at that time and she said “the meds were on a truck and would be here tomorrow “ 🥴
my Fiancé said “ no mam we live 30 min away” and she started to type and look at her computer and said “ is this for the Zoloft” to which he replied yes and she then said “can you pull around and give me a chance to get it ready”?
Huh?? Did the truck arrive during their conversation? Lazy and lying at a pharmacy filling peoples prescriptions? Yikes . That’s embarrassing .switching to CVS or Walmart

Probably the worst walgreens I've been to with the worst customer service. My wife needed her meds and when we dropped the prescription off they said they will have it ready that afternoon. They didn't have it ready of course. When we called again the next day, no answer. Called the following day and they said something happened with the insurance. Went in person after 4 days and they said they were out of stock. So why weren't we notified? Switching to cvs. This spot is the worst. I do NOT RECOMMEND getting your scripts filled here

This pharmacy notoriously messes up prescriptions. They have to order medication from central distribution center and when it doesn't arrive they inactivate my refill request with no reason provided, I assume the rx is going to be with the other prescription refills and when i get there it isn't ready or available. I had to have them reorder and was assured that it would be in on Monday then i get a text stating my refill is delayed, I call and ask why and they tell me the medication isnt available and they don't know why. Further probing and I am told that it was supposed to come in today but it didn't supposedly due to a computer issue and the girls demeanor on the phone was so nonchalant about the whole situation, it was very annoying. I have 2 pills left and this is not a med that i would want to go without even for a day so it is a big freaking deal, maybe display a sense of urgency and dont have an attitude like it is what it is, oh well. The wait is crazy long when picking up and have had them close for lunch even though I had been sitting in line for 30 minutes.

I went in today and got a covid/flu test around 10:30. They were super busy, but i did not have to wait too long. The person who did my test was super kind. I wish I wouldve caught her name so I could mention her specifically. It was a super convenient & easy trip!

This is one of the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy has plenty of staff and yet seemed under staffed and had a 30 minute line. While on vacation in Texas I was trying to pick up a family member’s emergency insulin prescription and the Walgreens pharmacy staff were completely unable to handle the prescription.I went to the pharmacy on multiple occasions, my families insurance provider called the pharmacy, as well as our home pharmacist, primary care physician, and endocrinologist. Despite all this the pharmacy failed to order the correct prescription. The staff were rude on both occasions and seemed to think emergency medication was a joke.They assured me there were no other pharmacies in the area with the proper medication. Yet, after speaking with one other Walgreens just 3 miles away we were able to find the medication and have it filled in less than an hour.If you ever need a prescription filled, do not use this Walgreens because odds are they will be unable to do the most basic tasks while wasting your time all while you are left without medication.

Second day in row a i tried to contact Walgreens pharmacy to see is my prescriptions were there. Was left on hold until and a hang up in my face.. AGAIN.This place genuinely ain't it. Please, if reading this, find another place to fill your prescriptions.

Has to be the worst pharmacy in the city. Staff would prefer to hide from customer instead of helping them. Have a complaint? Their response is to be argumentative and tell you to go somewhere else.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Dallas. Third time in 2 months my prescription is delayed bc they can't keep common meds in stock. Always takes at least 30-45 mins of hold time just to talk to anyone. Not bc there are others in line in front of you but bc every time it's your turn and the phone rings, they don't pickup but just hit the hold button again. Over and over.

Please steer away from the pharmacy here at all costs. I've never spent less than an hour trying to get a prescription here. The workers look like they're doing their best, so nothing all against them.

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever experienced. They take days to fill a prescription with non valid reason as to why. They are also unreachable by phone with hold times of several hours.

Very poor customer service. Called three times they never gonna accept the call and I go instore and drive through ten+ more times in past three months, the customer service to way too slow and everytime they are low in staff. Please add few more instore associates.
