Pam was so rude !!!! Refused to give me my pickup order claiming there was a limit of 4 detergents when I purchased 6???? I already paid !!! Had to speak to manager !!! This lady was holding my bags not letting go !!! Complete circus !!! I will not be returning to this location!

They were "too busy" to administer a flu test I had scheduled an appointment for 24 hours in advance. Will never rely on Walgreens again.

I went to Walgreens to pick up a prescription of vitamin D and another one of levothyroxine which they have filled up in the past as soon as mine ran out. I have one levothyroxine left so I went to the store to get my prescription.As I come to find out in the front desk, my prescription was not ready and the attended in front of me said it would take 2 hours to refill it. I was upset, I get very sleepy without the medication for my thyroid. I started asking questions of why and how come it would take so long. The boy who helped seemed like he was in training, which I completely understand. He could not answer but repeat that" it was not ready, and it would take 2 hours."I went to the front of the store and asked to talk to the pharmacy manager, as I am walking back, to my surprise, the man , Nickelson, was the man that was in the computer right by the side of my attendant. He did not address me or my questions even thou he saw the attendant struggling and he saw me getting more frustrated by the minute. The manager was the silent listening to the conversation. This is not a proactive, helping and present manager. Nickelson supposed to be a positive force for the pharmacy employees and help them. Unhappy costumers are a hinder to any business. Nickleson watch me and this boy struggle and did not step in to explain or help. The manager of the store 4994 in lake forest, Nickleson could have address this situation in so many ways. He left his employee in a hard position and left a frustrated customer with no answers. I had had my prescription in Walgreens for a while, but I do not wish to go back to that store.

The rest of the store is pleasurable but this is my second dealings with your pharmacist Mr. Leo. He is insecure and is constantly touting that he has such and such many years of experience as a pharmacist... Difficult to ask questions and talk to as he takes it as a challenge and personal insult to his knowledge and is constantly defending himself instead of giving customer service. Rude, poor customer service, argumentative to the point of having to go to another Pharmacy just to ask a question that this guy won't even work with you on. This is ridiculous . Such an unpleasant unhelpful attacking personality.

I am in desperate need of my prescription and I called out of work this morning just to come here at 9am when you guys open and the pharmacist is nowhere to be found! This is ridiculous! Get your act together this location is terrible always issues with the pharmacy.

Extremely slow, seems to be rotation of different people working. At one point they closed down walk ups inside due to staff shortage. If in line outside, estimate 10 mins per vehicle in front of you to determine your wait time. Very inefficient and slow unfortunately.

This Walgreens has been the best ever! Yes, they are dealing with short staff issues in the pharmacy but overall they're really professional and nice to you. The pharmacists are beyond amazing and they've helped me so much between fighting insurance and getting my prescriptions on time! The king waits are worth it and they're truly family when you're always there. The wait is worth it if you're here every week! Some people are impatient and in a rush but other then that I recommend them!

Horrible experience here. Been in multiple times and every time the pharmacist gets something wrong. The first time I was given incorrect information on taking the medicine. Second time they gave me chewable Asprin instead of regular. This Pharmacist is a joke.

COVID is really not an excuse for a lack of staffing in 2023. The wait for the pharmacy is ALWAYS ridiculous, no matter the time of day. Who has an hour to wait in line? And it's no wonder the customer service suffers as a result, I'm sure the staff is burned out too. I DREAD coming to pick up my prescriptions so I will be transferring them elsewhere. No one has the time or patience to wait this long, especially when there are other pharmacies that staff themselves appropriately.

Ordered photo prints online, promised ready to pick up in 30 minutes. Waited 90 to be safe, but when I got there, no prints. They ran out of supplies and didn't think to let me know.

Plan on waiting a long long time. They take an hour lunch during everyone else's lunch period so the lines are 20 deep thirty minutes into their lunch. Poor planning and worse service.

This pharmacy is the WORST we’ve ever dealt with. Held a prescription for two weeks without updates, tried to transfer it to somewhere else when THEY advised us to. Other pharmacy goes to fill it and they’ve pulled it back! So I call and they say that they don’t even see it on their end. Their system is going to end up getting them sued. My wife needs this medication and at this point, they are interrupting care
