The gentleman tech and the pharmacist when we visited through the drive thru on 10/23/2025 around 7:00pm were so helpful and hardworking. It can’t be an easy job when there’s such a rush and so little help.

Most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to! They gave me a date to pick up a prescription just for them to tell me they gave it away because im late. They told me to be there today a week ago -as I called them to make sure this wouldn’t happen!!!And then they say i have to drive to Dallas as that’s the closest location. This is not the first time they messed up. Then I asked for a manager and I was told no manager until Monday. What a joke this place is. Taking all my family accounts to Walmart. Ridiculous and horrible customer service!

Went thru drive through as I. Ant walk very far. Wait in line could have been 20 mins but seemed go be over one half hour.

Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was so rude to me for no reason. I asked for clarification on something and he responded like I was stupid for not knowing what he meant. Super unprofessional.. I am sick and can barely hear, but I guess it’s my fault for never picking up from here and needing to double check something. Not to mention it shouldn’t take 15 minutes per customer when my prescription was already ready and all he had to do was put it in the box.

Drop off and pick up in 10 minutes after spending 2 hours in emergency room. They were absolutely great!!

Pharmacy simply ignores you waiting in line. They take their own sweet time. I have seen them taking as long as 10 mins per customer. People are in pharmacy but they don’t come to the window to help customers.
