This is LITERALLY THE SLOWEST PHARMACY ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET!!!! The line inside is almost always LOOOONG, it has taken me HOURS in the past. So it takes FOREVER, even when there is 3 people in line it takes 45 minutes....DRIVE THRU IS JUST AS BAD.Most of the employees are NICE, Especially JESSICA!!!! She's great!it is JUST HORRIBLY UNDER STAFFED.HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES TO WORK.

Just terrible. Had several prescriptions refilled here and always have to wait over an hour. I us other pharmacy and they are always professional and knows how to get it done. The pharmacist said he tells his parents not to use Walgreens. Time to stop using

Do not be tempted by their 24 hour service. You are far better off going to a different pharmacy. This location is unimaginably slow! People will either stand in a line of 10 people inside or park their car in the drive-through.However, I can prepare my self for a long line. The most frustrating aspect of this is how long it takes them to fill prescriptions. You call and all you get is “we’re working on it.” Then, I speak with someone. The technician picks up, and they are absolutely no help. These employees are so overworked with minimal staff it’s a terrible experience all around.

Why don't you hire more people!!!!!!! I have been here at least 6 times and always wait an hr. Sometime I wait an hr to find out they haven't filled it yet. One time it took them 20 hrs to fill a prescription for pain medicine after getting a tooth removed!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!

Typing this while on a 10-minute hold waiting for a live person. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. They filled my prescription with the wrong drug. We found out when my wife got home. They refused to take it back because it's a controlled substance. Then they told me it was the doctor's fault. Checked with the doctor who said it was Walgreen's fault. 5 days later the doctor's office agreed it was their and called in the correct prescription. That was the 9th, today is the 17th and I, the patient, do not have my medicine. I called the local store automated service and they did not show any prescription. I called another number and a live person said yes, they see a prescription, and they are waiting for delivery. I would have expected to hear some update from them at the very least... ***update, it's 20 minutes on hold and I'm hanging up***. ...after 8 days' wait. This is a third world service experience! Nothing exotic about my prescription, it's not made in China, etc. WORST PHARMACY I've ever dealt with.

I've been using Walgreens for 20 years, now. In the last 3 years, I have been continually disappointed in this company's ability to provide and follow up and follow through. They can't get my address changes entered correctly. I've had to redo my address with them over and over and over. Something is not working correctly with their alert system. I've entered repeat orders over and over and over whereas previously my auto reorders were smooth. I've had prescriptions delayed for days on end without any follow up as to why they were delayed except that they were out of stock only to discover they weren't out of stock after all. I've had an automated response saying they were delaying because of an insurance issue with the promise to let me know as soon as it was resolved only to never hear for days on end from them. Then when I finally called they said I have to deal with my insurance - but did they ever tell me that while I'm waiting on my blood thinner med????? Nope. I found out by calling them since they didn't do their part and follow through. And. now it's the weekend and insurance is closed until Monday. By then I will have been without my blood thinner for 7 days.My mom & dad have never had any issues with Walmart Pharmacy. I'm done with Walgreens and will switch permanently on Monday (if I haven't had a blood clot go to my heart or brain by then. Done. Done. Done. I'm done with Walgreens.

If you like waiting an hour in line to do anything no matter what time of day you get here; and like waiting half a day for your prescription, then this is the pharmacy for you!

Worst customer service!! My 8 yo grandson was accidentally overdosed on his insulin. The doctor sent an emergent prescription to Walgreens because they were the nearest 24 hr pharmacy. We called to verify it would be ready upon our arrival, because the doctor said grandson needed it within an hour. We were driving from another town and on hold for 30 minutes with NO answer! I used my husband's phone to call the store manager and asked her to walk back to the pharmacy and ask them to pick up the phone for an emergent call and the manager REFUSED! Of course the medication wasn't ready upon our arrival, and was actually OUT OF STOCK despite the pharmacy verifying to the doctor that they had it in stock before he sent the prescription! This pharmacy put my grandson's LIFE AT RISK and DELAYED MEDICAL CARE for a DIABETIC 8 YEAR OLD! Do not use this pharmacy.

Please help me understand why you guys offer to give vaccines if you can't handle it along with the regular pharmacy services tasks??? I understand establishments can be busy but there is a lady in the waiting room who has been waiting over an hour for a Covid vaccine. I also had an appointment and I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes. After they told me I was next they told another lady she was next and she said she had been waiting over an hour....... Poor service and poor communication. The pharmacy line is 10 people long and has not budged. You guys need to hire more people or stop allowing vaccine appointments bc this is just outrageous. I really try not to bash on here but sheesh. I love Walgreens and I never have an issue but this location is trash. Pick another location for your vaccine. Idk try CVS at this point.

If I could give negative stars I would. They have always been slow here but today was absolutely outrageous. I have Covid, I am deathly sick, and it's been 6 hours that I have been waiting for prescription. I cannot wait to never use them again. Awful!!

Absolutely terrible pharmacy service. Rude and condescending employees. No accountability. Most medications backordered with very little concern or assistance in how to obtain medication through other pharmacies or when you might expect it there. I no longer use this pharmacy. I pay higher fees out of network to not deal with these issues and lack of concern.

Really wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy is absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. Their slow, hang up the phone on you, and never have prescriptions you need.
