I just wanted to say how amazing this pharmacy is! Ashley always greets me with a smile and by name. Caleb is a phenomenal pharmacist who is always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We are all glad Beta is back because she is also extremely friendly and always has a smile. This place is a diamond in the rough. I know the bad reputation big box pharmacy’s get but this isn’t the case for this place. I have tried others and even tried local pharmacy’s and NOBODY is as friendly or as good as this place! The entire staff top to bottom is great! I will NEVER go anywhere else, period! Please make sure this staff gets recognized as they all work hard and I know how hard it is with how some people act towards them as I have witnessed it personally and they still smile and do their job with a smile! Thank you staff at 7080 Virginia Parkway, McKinney! The best in McKinney by far!

I am a physician and Walgreens kept me on hold for 12 minutes, not surprising. What was surprising was they refused to fill my patent's non-controlled prescription without informing me and without any explanation.

Can’t figure out why this Walgreens is rated so low. Every time I get my prescription they are fast. The workers are all very friendly.

I'm in severe pain from the TDAP vaccine. She put the needle in twice. I bled a lot. Profoundly incompetent.

Hunter is the best! I have been there several times and never has anyone offered to help me lower the cost of my kids epi pen. One day when calling to get a refill, I spoke with Hunter and he helped me find another solution that was affordable. Great service from Hunter. Thank you!

Walgreens is the worse pharmacy ever. Never understand how they stay in business. Been sitting here for over an hour waiting for my prescription just after surgery. When I use other pharmacies it's always a breeze and never any issues. When I go to a Walgreens there is always a problem. Never goes smooth. I suggestvthey hire competent people or shut the doors.

It is misleading to advertise a sale of “Buy 1and get 1at 50% off” BUT THEN you only have ONE of popular items on the shelf, which makes it impossible to take advantage of the “sale prices.”

Had a vaccination appointment here. No one seemed to care. Even with appointment they made us wait more than 30 mins.
All the pharmacy staff members were rude unlike the front staff.
We would definitely prefer some other pharmacy than coming here again for vacation or anything.

The pharmacy here is so incompetent and the staff that answers the phone (with the exception of one male pharmacy team member) is extremely rude. All of the other negative reviews are absolutely correct.

Bad customer experience with pharmacy staff, had to call my provider to switch pharmacies as I was fed up with the experience. Rx was sent in the previous day, hubby went in to get/confirm ready, told him to check back in 1hr. Called twice to check whether the medication was ready, first time they said it will be ready in a few min and should get notification. Called 2hrs later since I didn't receive notification, was notified they only received 1 out of 4, and should call whoever prescribed to call the rest in. So I called the provider and requested them to send all the rx to a different pharmacy which took care of it all within 2hrs no stress.

Me and my Friends were inside of Walgreens walking around, trying to find drinks and stuff to add to the drinks because we were out on scooters the whole day and it was hot but as we were inside of the store, we had a worker follow us around for a total timer 20 minutes until I finally turned around and said something and she told me to mind my own business. She was very rude and I will never be coming back to this Walgreens. I hope that she can understand that she needs to mind her own business, and that I was protecting myself, because I was being followed around by a fifth year-old woman. She was extremely rude, and I will be calling and leaving a complaint. The only reason we were in there for 20 minutes is because we were trying to cool off from being out on scooters. I do not advise going here after all it has a two star rating in the workers are completely rude.

We love this walgreens. They work so hard and dont get enough credit. Everyone is so quick to put in a complaint, but they do what they can to serve their community.
