The pharmacist, Linda, left a message that she had a question about one of my prescriptions. I called back to be repeatedly put on hold. After 22 minutes, I’ve decided I’m not waiting anymore. They clearly need more employees.

Awful. I have been going back and forth with them since Wednesday about a prescription. I have been told multiple different days and pickup times and it is STILL not ready. I only use Walgreens because my insurance prefers them so if you have a choice, run from this place. I don’t know if all Walgreens are this inefficient or if it’s a trend but wow.

No wonder why this location has low rating! They text you that your medicine is ready but when you get here they don’t have it! This has been happening for the last two months! I will change location for next refills! I don’t want to visit location 3 times to pick up a medicine! Stop coming or using this location!

Takes 2 or 3 calls to get thru to the pharmacy. If they answer, they are not helpful. For instance my surgeon called in 2 prescriptions for me before I left the hospital; pain meds and anti-nausea. They claim they received one and not the one for pain. This has happened multiple times to both me and my husband. And the techs are rude and slow and make you wait while they chit chat with coworkers or today, stopped listening to me on the call to say hello to a friend. Drive thru or inside counter is always a long wait. Will be switching pharmacies after doing business here for 5 years.

They say they take passport photos but took the worst photo of my kid. Dnt even have standards to take photos. Guy taking photo has zero knowledge about photography and has more complaints than providing service. Worst place to go for passport photo. I would not recommend this place to other.

This used to be my go to store for prescriptions and necessities. Today I was treated very poorly and accused of stealing. I’ve literally been shopping here for 7 years. I won’t be going back. ?

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy.... CVS across the street is way better..... please do not waste your time here's they do not like African Americans, my prescription was sent in yesterday. I go to pick it up today and they haven't even filled it they claim. One lady said she would call me up when the medication was filled in 10 min and I had to go up and check on my medication 25 mins later when it was already done. Then they didn't give me a bag for my medication, they didn't have any syringes and the customer service was horrible they will literally smile and not care; they don't even apologize for the wait time I will never go to this Walgreens again.

I NEVER give bad reviews because I know that it could be a one off or all hell broke loose at the business I am at. I’ve had it though and this clearly is not a one and done kind of bad day. Wish I could give 0 stars. They have turned in to one of the WORST pharmacies I have ever dealt with. You wait in line for 30+ minutes, and they may or may not even have your prescription! They need to hire more help seeing how that is the main issue! No one ever seems to know what is going on there and where prescriptions are! Do not have scripts sent here, choose another pharmacy!

I love it. We were there for my baby passport photo, they were great, it was done in couple of minutes. Where as Cvs doesn't click newborn babies passport photos

I scheduled an appointment online for a vaccine for my 4 year old. When we showed up, we waited in a long line just to get to the front and be told they don't have any of the vaccines we were there to get. Why do they allow you to make an appointment if they don't even have the vaccine?

This is probably the worst Walgreens ever! The pharmacy is absolutely horrible! I was on the phone for 25 minutes and no one ever answered. What is the point of being able to call if you cannot get through! If I could give it a rating it would be a 0!!!

The Pharmacist Linda Lam is acting like she is the Goddess of Dispensing Medications. She kept calling questioning the one prescription (non-narcotic and non-controlled substances) written by the doctors (in total she called the office 5 times at least. First to ask for direction how to fill the medication. Shortly, called back to inquire the relation of patient and the prescriber. REALLY?! Finally Ms. Linda Lam threatened to ‘flag’ the patient and the doctor; the staff didn’t want any issues since the doctor was with patients and she didn’t know what to do. The staff said to cancel the prescription then.) Our poor elderly patient unfortunately had GI issue with the antibiotics taken for an oral infection. The pharmacist kept refusing to fill the medication that our dentist wrote to help relieve the symptoms which resulted in further pt. suffering. In addition, Ms. Linda Lam bluntly asked our office staff if patient was related to the prescriber which is in clear violation of HIPPA/pt. privacy. Does she try to map out the genealogy of the patient in addition of being a pharmacist? Our clinic and doctors have been practicing over 18 years; this is particular harassment and wasting the provider's time is uncalled for not to mention unethical. The patients (we had the issues once with another family) are fed up and we will no longer call in future prescriptions for patients to this location.Update: Pt. was moderately dehydrated due to the delay by the pharmacist at Walgreens. Patient went to CVS across the street and had no issues filling the prescription.
