****Auto Department****
The older men do not work with a sense of urgency. Walmart can't keep anyone working in the Auto section nor do the men like coming to work. They are always short staffed. My oil change was scehduled for 7am and it is after 8am and my car has not even been pulled in for service. It is still sitting outside the deck! They open at 7am and I am the first and only oil change scheduled for 7am. Literally....No other appointments made! There is no excuse for this. I am late for work and nobody offers a discount for the inconvenience. I see people coming in and out for tires and other things as walk-ins coming after me and leaving before me. When there is an appointment scheduled and they are short staffed then the men need to stop what they are doing to attend to the appointment scehduled at hand. Walk-ins can wait unless they have someone fixing tires and that's all he knows then that's understandable. However, Walmart employees need to be well rounded in the auto department for when others call in or Walmart chooses not to hire enough people.
This location needs to hire more people who are willing to work, pay them more to keep them and offer them incentives for when their work shows a sense of urgency. There is a reason why people scehdule appointments for a certain time.
I may not come to this location ever again until I see a change.
*Appointment Scehduled for 7am
*Vehicle checked-in at 7:19am (One man took 20 minutes deciding on tires).
*Vehicle began service at 8:22am (text message was sent before my car was pulled in).
So I will be sitting here for 2 hours when I arrived on time and an oil change takes 45 minutes especially as the first and only appointment scehduled right when they open at 7am.

I dont know who gave walmart the right to block our gift card that has more than $25 on it, and the problem is that the employees here in addition to the manager" Michelle" don't know what to do , our items were scanned 4 times at 4 different registers to and all we got is a very rude attitude. They're expecting us to excuse this mess of a job They're doing and asking us to call corporate! We're here to pick up 4 items which should take us 5 minutes but we've been here for over an hour!!!! This place has very poor management and unprofessionalemplyees!!!

I went to cashier because I have formula coupon, he scan the coupon and I saw the machine asking me insert card and remove card so I did. But I have no idea that I need to wait he to ask me insert card. He got angry shout at me! What kind of service is this. I do apologize when he told me this situation. But he keep shouting. 12：20pm 5/11/2024 don’t want to mention name. Anyway I’m sad for this shopping experience.

RACIST employees, every-time I've visited this location I have had employees watch my every move. Even when I get checked out by the cashier they never allow me to check out any clearance items and accuse me of price tag switching. Like really? I'm going to switch a price tag for waffles? To add on to this they always accuse me of not purchasing all the products in my cart when I'm leaving even after having a cashier check me out and while they watch the cashier check me out.
I've tried to give this place so many chances but every time I go it's always something. The employees are so rude and I can feel the racism with each comment they make.
Walmart you need to do something about this location.

Probably the worst Walmart I've been to. They don't take apple pay or android pay. I tried putting my card on Walmart pay and it would show "You are all set". The staff was in a hurry to restock the stuff immediately back. After trying for half an hour, finally didn't work. Horrible place.
Rude staff and ill mannered. Don't come here.
