Denied warranty on battery because it was “to dead”.
Isn’t that the point of this visit?
“You have to bring the battery back when it’s partially dead”
Runs voltage meter & because it below 10v I abused the battery..

Camden was pretty amazing. He went above and beyond in assisting me with battery testing, purchase, and replacement of a 2020 GMC (that isn't the easiest to replace). He took the time to answer my questions as I asked relating to the differences in installing this versus a normal set up than I'm used to, and was extremely polite/respectful throughout the whole process. I'm super appreciative and will use this place in the future! I'd hire him in a second if he was looking for a different job.

Being handicapped to be able to call and place order and pay all in one call is great. Then for items to be brought to your car was even greater.

I need to purchase a new battery for my car and the website gave me options that it said would work. When I picked up the battery at the store, the employee noted that the polarity of the new battery didn’t match my old battery and that clearly the website made a mistake and its recommendation. He was kind enough to help me find one that would fit my needs.

After being rejected by the Garland location in honoring my warranty, I visited Daniel in Plano who was willing to honor my warranty, however, that location did not have the proper battery to switch out. So he went above and beyond with contacting different locations that had the battery in stock and was willing to honor my warranty. Camden here in McKinney was willing to listen to my issues and honored my warranty. I so appreciate him and now I can leave a happy customer with a battery that works!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I did not catch the associates name unfortunately. But my online order was ready super quick! The store was super clean and organized! He helped install my new battery and dispose of my old one, gave me an excellent product recommendation. Would recommend this business to everyone and will be back for future needs! I ordered my item online. I received my online confirmation within a reasonable time to pick up the item at the store. The whole process was quick and easy and they stock the best products as well. Very happy with my purchase. I will definitely buy from this store again.
