Saturday Morning Line Up at Wells Fargo Bank only 1 Teller for 20 customers standing in line. I have watched this bank steadily decline into one of the worst banking institutions in the US. This is the laat straw after 32 years of working with this bank. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Wells Fargo to move in and find a real bank that at least cares about its customers

Went to update some records on my account at the request of WF.Made the appt a day prior.Mecca called to confirm it today.She was professional, cordial and explained the whole process as we went through it. Absolutely top notch customer service and professionalism.Thank you.

I sat waiting to talk to a banker for about an hour. I was the only one in the chairs, they seem slow at getting things done. If you are already late or need to be somewhere else on time, come at least an hour or so or apparently schedule an appointment. But who knows if they'd even be available, regardless.

This place customer service is terrible..not to mention I was the only customer in line.. the manager looked right at me and proceeds to talk to the other lady sitting there. Finally after about 3 or so mins they call me up.. the cashier or whoever she was attitude and disposition was nasty. If you don't like working with customers then don't sign up for customer service..I don't sign in to work at a hospital and expect my patients to do my job.. working at a bank is no different. I pray I never have to go inside again.. and if I do I hope to never see them ever again.

Today i went to withdraw money and ask a few questions about the mobile app since mine has been not working. They were so helpful even when i showed up late and right before closing. They got my money for me and even stayed past closing to help me with my app problem. I recieved nothing but smiles and wonderful customer service. These people who leave 1 star reviews probably just acted rude to them in the first place because i have had nothing but great service every time i come to this branch.

Waited for 2 hours while being signed up and still wasn't attended. After waiting I was told that I would have to schedule an appointment. Lady was nice though.

This bank is a joke they have had us do run arounds for the past three days and this is our forth run around and now it’s almost closing and we are sitting here waiting to be seen after we have delt with two employees and the manager and today has been a lot worse they give nasty looks and don’t want to try and work with you on anything don’t listen to anything you say it’s been a horrible experience with legal documents that we have I don’t not recommend this place and they have a really horrible employee that works there … if I could give zero stars I would ..

Went to open my child's first bank account. I tried to make an appointment online. It wouldn't accept my email and finalize the appointment. So we had to go into the branch. The teller said we would have to wait 20-30minutes for a banker because we didn't have an appointment. I explained the website would not accept my email address for the appointment. WE WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR for a banker to help us open an account. While we waited I ran next door BofA to see what their wait time was. Zero wait because they had enough staff. Novel idea I know. At that moment WF banker pulled my teen daughter back and I interrupted and told her we were going next door. WF employee acted like it was no big deal, like it happens all the time. Then she said "You really need to make an appointment" Went next door and opened an account for my child,myself and my spouse. Goodbye Wells Fargo

I am truly at a loss for words after my horrendous experience with Wells Fargo Bank's McKinney branch in McKinney, Texas. I had recently opened a new business account at this branch, having been assured that there would be no holds on my deposits. The representatives at the branch, however, could not have been more deceptive.Within four days, I had deposited two checks, only to receive an email alert a mere two hours after leaving the bank, informing me of a 14-day hold on my deposits. This was a far cry from the promise of no holds or, at worst, very short ones.I called the "Business Account Manager" Ramesh, and discussed my concerns about this matter and was told he would "check it out" and call me right back. I never heard from him again.Frustrated, I returned to the McKinney branch to speak with a manager and demand the return of my checks. Instead of providing any assistance, I was met with unprofessionalism and outright rudeness from a teller named Joyce. She refused to let me speak with a manager and bluntly informed me that they would not return my checks.As I moved to the waiting area, I was appalled to overhear Joyce gossiping about me to other patrons, referring to me as a "crazy person." This level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable, and I am left wondering if this is the standard of training provided to Wells Fargo tellers.After waiting for over 15 minutes, it became abundantly clear that the manager, who was visible at the drive-through window, had no intention of addressing my concerns. I eventually gave up and left the branch.Once the 14-day hold on my checks, totaling over $50,000, is lifted, I will be withdrawing my funds and taking my business elsewhere. Wells Fargo's complete disregard for its customers is disheartening, to say the least.I implore anyone considering opening an account with Wells Fargo, particularly at the McKinney branch, to think twice before entrusting them with your hard-earned money. With a distinct lack of customer care and support, this "bank" is nothing more than a disgraceful sham.

Save yourself Time in trouble and don’t go to this location. Joyce was very condescending and rude during the whole process. I only asked a simple questions about something on my account, and her facial expression and attitude made the whole entire transaction, uncomfortable and unpleasant.

I wish I can give 0 star reviews to this location.They really don’t care about business. I was trying to open a business account with them and I was told the business banker was busy for two consecutive days. I was told to call and leave a message for Ramesh and I left two voice mails and never heard back from him. Time to move my other accounts to another local bank.

I bank there and wanted to open an additional account. I left my info there multiple times to be contacted back since they are always too busy when I go. No one ever contacts me any of the times I've left my info.

Good luck getting any help here. Tellers are slow and eat rather than help customers. Oh and if you need to open an account, you can't because there's never a banker there in the office to do it lol bank some where else.
