Today, I stopped by for the second time during the recent months to do a notary. The response was the same: the respective employee is off today! I am an account holder with WF for a decade and have not seen this apathetic treatment toward the customers anywhere else.

I pride myself on being patient but, this place and especially Lucila pushed me past that point. Her ignorance and rudeness was beyond any experience I've ever had at Wells Fargo.

We came in today regarding a problem with our account and the manager, Michael was able to swiftly take care of the problem. Overall everyone there is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this bank!

Banking practices change day to day. They don't have enough cash to cover even smaller checks. Charge fees to cash checks from their own customers. Fractional Reserve Banking is catching up to these big banks obviously.

Here's my list of where improvement needs to be addressed...1. Correct way to to ask a customer if they may help you is "May I help you?" Or "What may I do for you?" Not "How are you?" I wanted to say "I would be happy if someone helped me after waiting so long. "2. A four day hold on a verbally confirmed cashiers check from a local bank is ridiculous.3. If Zelle payments could be over $3500. Especially coming from the same bank. Also ridiculous.4. No restroom for customers. Most ridiculous of all.5. A more diversified staff.

My mom (a black woman) has been banking with Wells Fargo she has a regular checking and a business checking on yesterday. She tried to cash a check for her business and deposit the rest of it into her account to teller got all the way to the point of asking how she would like the money back in the middle of the teller counting to give the money the Asian manager comes to the window and flags her check in the middle of the teller, giving her her money. The teller goes on to say sorry, there was a hold placed on, your account, I find it odd that the hold only came when the Asian manager came to the window and I have other stories with that manager as well horrible Wells Fargo should be ashamed of their self, but because that Asian manager was so upset that my black mother had money for her daycare that she worked hard for that she didn't deserve to spend her money and Wells Fargo go check the camera because you'll tell it was counting out the money. Fire the Asian manager like I said, I witnessed her in action with other minorities

I have always enjoyed Wells Fargo, in serveral states I lived in for many years. But lately the customer service at this location has me looking at other banks. The tellers are great! The office people not so much, not helpful at all. They act as if the customers are bothering them. Internal issue, management change, COVID-19 reduction, an overall horrible attitude. In any case HQ leadership needs to investigate and rectify or they will lose customers.

I have been here twice and each times they were very nice and friendly with customer service. I would recommend all in McKinney area to come here instead. The one in the Custer road, stay away. Cuz I said so. Lol

This is the worst branch in all the Wells Fargo locations. The tellers and bankers are not very helpful. Don’t go there if you want to take care of the business.

The guy I scheduled an appointment with, told me to wait at 10AM because his 11AM appointment showed up an hour early. Kinda like a brain dead Jonah hill with a neck beard. The same piece of garbage that told me he would contact me after my account was eligible to be reopened. After he pawned me off to another banker, who was helpful, they didn't help me out completely with setting up my account online. Go somewhere else. The guys who work here are obviously putting all the work on the women at this location. They're lazy and are only nice if you're putting in a big deposit into your account. Real pieces of garbage there. I hope the women who are a pleasure to work with get to transfer to another location, or get promoted above these guys and fire them for their improper approach to business. Seriously. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU, YOUR OTHER APPOINTMENT SHOWED UP EARLY, AND YOU MADE ME WAIT WHILE HOLDING THE DOOR FOR THEM AFTER KEEPING ME WAITING. MAN! Garbage!!!!!

Very unhelpful. Your best bet is to go to the one on university. They got me fixed right up. The heavier lady (I believe is the manager) is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 10 years. This is the second time I stopped into this branch. You would think I was trying to rob the place. The lines move incredibly slow. Absolutely and completely disrespectful. I was 5 seconds away from just closing my account and heading to chase. They solve nothing here. I was told via telephone all I needed to have to solve an issue. I get to this branch and it's a nightmare. AVOID AT ALL COST. GO TO THE WELLS ON UNIVERSITY.

This is by far the best Wells Fargo Bank in DFW. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. This branch reminds me of a "Small Town Bank" like I had growing up. The manager is always super friendly to everyone that walks in the door.
