I've had my deposits here since about 2003.Had to go in today to verify some info on my accounts as they are held in a trust due to my age.Made an appt as the letter recommended but failed to see I made it for 2/20 and not 1/20.Bank employee tried to offer some assistance but continued to tell me that he had "other things to do".I finally had enough of hearing that and left. Made an appt for tomorrow at another location.I think it best if my banking services are found with another provider.Worst experience ever in any bank.

If I could leave no stars. I most definitely would. Lazy staff that cannot provide any answers other than I cannot do anything. ATM stole my card. As well as my money. Spoke to the branch manager after calling the number on the atm. As I was advised to do so. The customer service representative I spoke with told me only the branch manager can open the atm. He says otherwise. Called the customer service number for wells cargo. No luck there either. Asked if I held their money without permission would that be considered theft? Answer was no. Very lousy. Hoping karma does it’s job for these fine folks on holiday weekend.

The same day I opened my account I was called by a customer service agent who was yelling and accusing me of attempting to deposit a counterfeit check and told me I needed to bring in documents to prove where I got the check from. I was completely confused and taken aback. I was opening the account for business purposes so I closed it out bc he became more irate when I asked him to explain what he meant as I didn’t understand and had never been accused of anything like that before. But I’d like to add that I took the checks to my other bank who happily cashed the check and deposited the money into my account without any question until I asked to which they responded and replied that the check was completely legitimate.

They are usually very busy and lack the employees to take care of anything that may be needed. I need to authorize a simple wire and it took extreme long. One thing Incannsay is that they are very nice, they should just look at hiring a few more bodies

Been at this branch for 30+ minutes outside to come inside to make my deposit to find out they only have 1 total person working the counter and drive thru. How is this acceptable?

I stayed in the line for over 30mins and there was no movement, though I was the first one. The staff is doing their own work and serving drive-thru customers, and keep saying we will get back to you soon. Not sure what it means soon? If you are under the staff, just mention to the customer in advance about wait time so that they don't have to waste their time. Very disappointed!!

Waited behind the same car in commercial drive thru for 22 minutes and no movement while the regular drive thru serviced 5+ vehicles. Was told by agent “some transactions just take longer “ when I finally moved to regular drive thru. 22 minute drive thru transaction?!? should have asked them to come inside if was going to take that long. Ridiculous and no customer service.

Pretty annoyed with this “notary” jerry…came in to get a paper notarized and he asked me more than once what it was for…like it was an issue…then said I had to be a Wells Fargo customer and I know for a fact that’s a lie…unless that’s something new…went to the location in prosper and they did it.

Made an on line appointment with branch banker for 11:00 am, today. Received a confirming e-mail with time, date and location. Arrived on time. Lobby was closed. Attendant at drive thru indicated that there’s no bankers currently at this location. Sad cust service.

This branch is just plain bad. I had an appointment to meet with a banker that I made in person a week prior. When I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment despite having a business card with the bankers name”Matthew” where he wrote the date and time.When the manager came over to speak with me he insinuated that I was making it up which was insulting and frustrating. He said that the bankers add their appointments into the system, I suggested that maybe Matthew forgot as he was heading to lunch when I first met him the week prior. I totally understand scheduling issues but was disappointed when I asked the manager if someone else could assist me and he said no I would need to come back another time. I asked if he as the manager could assist me in reviewing the documents I was instructed to bring, again despite driving 30 minutes gathering the documents requested by Matthew a week prior I was turned away.There was zero semblance of trying to find a solution to their scheduling error other than make another appointment and come back. There is a reason Wells Fargo has such a poor reputation in the DFW area, this branch is for sure really horrible. Do yourself a favor and find a different branch as the service here is a one star for sure.

This well Fargo is full of it my daughters who had a 4:00 appointment went to this location 9021 W University Dr McKinney, TX 75071 United State. we waited 15 to 20 minutes not a problem another lady who did not have an appointment was sitting there Jerry one of the branch bankers asked who was next idk what they told him at the desk but I their mother stood up and said my daughters was next. Jerry went back to his desk proceed to straighten his desk came back over to where we all were sitting and proceeded to talk to the lady who was white to help her. The lady also said no they were here 1st Jerry continued trying to help the lady instead of coming to us. we finally get to his desk Jerry who I feel played as if he didn't know his job kept asking questions that didn't make no sense my daughters had accts with them before one was just trying reopenMing and my daughter other wanted a replacement debit card. he bs us so long I finally said stop we are done and we left. To me Jerry showed signs of being prejudice he didn't know the difference between a driver license to ID Jerry who seem to been in this career choice seem like he should be able to do his job never again Worst experiences ever. They deserve no stars.
