Went to open my child's first bank account. I tried to make an appointment online. It wouldn't accept my email and finalize the appointment. So we had to go into the branch. The teller said we would have to wait 20-30minutes for a banker because we didn't have an appointment. I explained the website would not accept my email address for the appointment. WE WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR for a banker to help us open an account. While we waited I ran next door BofA to see what their wait time was. Zero wait because they had enough staff. Novel idea I know. At that moment WF banker pulled my teen daughter back and I interrupted and told her we were going next door. WF employee acted like it was no big deal, like it happens all the time. Then she said "You really need to make an appointment" Went next door and opened an account for my child,myself and my spouse. Goodbye Wells Fargo

Good luck getting any help here. Tellers are slow and eat rather than help customers. Oh and if you need to open an account, you can't because there's never a banker there in the office to do it lol bank some where else.

The slowest line in history. 2 tellers with 15 people in line and no communication So slow people at the counter for 10 minutes each.

If you have 2 hours of your life you want to waste, go here and stand in line to talk to a teller. Seriously, they want to punish anyone the will not do business online or via an ATM. I suggest they just shutter the door, blame COVID and their rating will improve. 6 potential teller windows, 3 open, 3 people at the windows and 11 people in a line that extended out the door.

This is our second time using this Wells Fargo location and both times their drive thru is super slow. We waited an hour just to make a deposit.

An old lady helped us as we walked in. Sat us down and asked how she can help. Asked what the process was to open an account. After she answered it, asked what the process was to close an account. This triggered her. Was expecting to get information but instead the old lady helping took some kind of offense to the question about the process of closing an account and became rude. She instantly went into defensive mode about it and with a very bad tone said if I was planning on closing an account she wouldn't help me open one. Are all Wells Fargo Banks like this? Just asked what the process was...

This is a super nice friendly Wells Fargo, the entire staff are awesome, especially the bankers, they treat you special, even though all of them are great, Edward Cadena is a really nice super dude, takes his time and very helpful and courteous.
