First of all, I want to highlight the professionalism of the leasing office staff, from the Manager to the Assistant Manager, I give them 10 out of 10! Second, I want to give credit to the location of the complex, the cleanliness, and the tranquility that you get on the property. Definitely a great place to live in the McKinney area!

I am happy to let it be know that I did an application looking to move into from out of state from Mississippi for school @CollinsCollege (McKinney Campus) and from start to finish the Manger and has been beyond helpful. He understands my long distance move and was so gracious he did a live walk trivia his personal phone and still explained everything in detail. He answered every question and gave me inside on how to get my other services connected. I hope to have him forever here and his team is awesome as well. Again Thanks a lot Mr. Yarbrough ❤️

The complex is well kept! Brandon in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't go with this apartment for personal reasons but it was my first choice based on location and affordability. Definitely worth seeing! Thank you ?

I would like to give a huge shout out to Brandon, Dayana, Jon, Z & Aldaberto. This is THE BEST STAFF! They have really made this a wonder place to live, they keep the office running smoothly and the guys keep the community looking it's best at all times. Great Job guys!

The best thing about this complex is their maintenance team. Jon is very responsive, nice & hard working, making sure things get fixed quickly. Both he & Z are very friendly and make this place enjoyable. Communication from management isn’t the best, but Brandon is very nice and is a better manager than the ones before him.

Terrible complex. Don’t move here. Pipes constantly breaking. No noise suppression from upstairs neighbors and constant construction teams tearing things up monday-saturday from early hours to the late afternoon. If you wfh skip this complex.

I've been a resident for a little over a year now. I have had a great experience so far. So much I renewed my contract! :) I love the small and diverse community. Residence are really friendly, its calm and peaceful.
Apartments are really nice and cozy. they are very affordable, especially during these hard times! They are not no luxurious rooms but very nice for what you are paying.
Maintenance is great-they may not get to you on the same day but definitely no more than one day out. In the year I have been there I have only had to submit one ticket for maintenance request. (refrigerator light bulb change -_- lol. to my defense i didn't know it was just a light bulb change needed otherwise i would have done it myself!!)
Management is very efficient, patient, and ready to get you settled in. I literally spent close to an hour in their office trying to renew my contract and making sure they had everything they needed to get my contract renewed. Brandon was the property manager that assisted and he was so great! he was personable, he didn't get frustrated with me, and he didn't try to rush the process.

My husband and I moved in a few months ago before the new management change. I'm so glad Jon is staying on because he's one of the best things about being here! When we first moved in there were a few things we needed to get fixed and Jon was always on-top of it and he checks in with you afterwards to make sure the problem is completely resolved. One of our fears when renting in apartment communities is the lack of care or response from the maintenance team so we're glad that's not an issue here. We're super grateful to have Jon in this community!

We had issues in the Kitchen and Cloth Dryer in the apartment and John was assigned to resolve and fix them. John is the BEST handy man EVER. Courteous, excellent customer service, good listener, and good smile. Thank you John.
