This Walgreens has a death wish. Closure for remodeling, staff shortage, and lunch breaks, make this a very hard store to deal with. We used it because it was the preferred pharmacy for our AARP United health care plan.The store layout has gone from bad to impossible. Drive up service takes way too long. The pharmacy is often shut down because there is no Pharmacist. Prescriptions take longer because they are filled off site.We changed our part D drug plan to Aetna CVC this year because it was impossible to deal with this poorly run store. CVS staffs their stores adequately and has a much more convenient layout. Walgreens picked up some bad practices from COVID and expected us to accept it as the New Normal. Our New Normal is to go elsewhere.

Terrible management! Not at all helpful. Refused to print a receipt for me despite my polite request. Unorganized staff and a hostile workplace. For your business, go somewhere else.

The absolutely slowest service in town and they will loose your prescription even after sending txt confirmation. Avoid sending your RX here.

Was due to have my second covid vaccine today, they called me one hour before my appt, and cancelled my appt due to "short staff". Considering how important these vaccines are supposed to be, to just cancel one on such short notice is highly unprofessional and with total disregard for the community they are supposed to serve.

My husband was at this location tonight and unfortunately witnessed a terrible interaction between an employee named Dana and a black family. He couldn't believe how blatantly racist she was being towards this mother and her kid. The mother simply asked that Dana split the bill. Some being in cash and the rest on a card. After she ignored the mother, she was completely nasty towards the mother after. She's been reported to management but will also be reported to corporate as well. Avoid this location if you can, please.

I had the misfortune to have to go to this Walgreens as my local CVS was booked for vaccines and I have last minute business travel. 2 techs, a line of 8 people. No purpose in life for those people. I asked what was required of me as I was at the Check In line for my appointment. No reply. There comes "Brianna" with a look of utter disgust and inconvenience. With her revolting attitude proceeded to do her little job, half way, as when I was called for the vaccine I was expected to have filled paperwork which she did not provide. Please note, that WE, paying customers have choices. The entire staff is unprofessional, rude, and should be dismissed in order to hire anyone that takes pride in their job. Btw, have Brianna or anyone else that gives a damn clean up that revolting counter and pay station I had the displeasure to have to use.

Regarding COVID Testing on 5/20. Had a 4:15 appointment but got to the window about 4:48. After stating they would be right with me I witnessed the Pharmacist take care of customer who pulled up "after" me to handle their needs. He then asked for my insurance only to take care of yet another customer. My last visit (a female), I was taken care of within 10 minutes. This Pharmacist was slow, inconsiderate, unprofessional and his communication was horrible. The experience was just unacceptable.

Worst Walgreen's ever. I am forced to use this Walgreens because of my insurance. I just went there on my lunch hour to pick up two prescriptions that I needed today and everyone in the entire pharmacy was on a break and wouldn't be back for another 40 minutes. Seriously - Can't they take their breaks at different times? Every single time I go to pick up a prescription I have a problem. I absolutely hate doing business with this store

One of their pharmacy technicians filled my prescriptions on my behalf but never gave me the actual prescriptions. When I brought it to the attention of another pharmacy technician, and the stores pharmacy manager, I was laughed at and ridiculed. I will NEVER use Walgreens again.

By far the best Walgreens in the Northside. The pharmacy team is Wonderful. The staff is super nice and very helpful. They do their best to get everyone out the door as fast as possible. They take their time to explain medicines. Also I'm impressed with all the staff's politeness and efficiency in the store.

For as many employees as there were, I couldn't believe how slow this Walgreens was. I ordered a photo online and came to pick it up. TWO people were working the photo station and were busy doing something. They did not acknowledge me for several minutes. Not even a "We'll be with you in just a sec!" Just ignored me. When I finally got my photo, I waited forever in a line behind one couple who kept running back and forth trying to get/trade a product for one that was in sale. Several sales associates were standing around the front. Fiiiiinally a man came and checked me out. That's the longest I've ever spent in a Walgreens for just a "run in and grab something" type situation. And I wouldn't have been as annoyed if they were short-staffed. I totally get that. But that's not the case here.

Called to refill a prescription - was told they needed to contact my physician prior refilling. Waited several days for a response. Checked my Physician Portal and saw that the Dr. faxed over the consent to refill. Never heard anything from Walgreen's that the prescription was approved and ready for pickup. Called and was told it was ready - when I inquired as to WHY I didn't receive notice from Walgreen's all the pharmacist said was "Sir, it is ready".Will be going to CVS for all my future pharmacy needs

I've went to this Walgreens once and never again after what happened. So I am big on couponing but I am fair when I coupon, I never try to cheat, but I will admit, I do bring a lot my friends that would like to coupon as well. My friends and I came here for the laundry detergent that was on sale, small size prices normally at $7.00 but with the coupon you can purchase it for $2.00. The coupon allowed 2 per household and I exactly had my two coupons per household and so did my friend. Now dealing with coupons, I've never had this happen to me, where the manager would not let me purchase the item because my friend and I wanted to purchase the same deal. I asked why I couldn't when the rule was 2 coupons per household, I mean I could show my driver licenses and hers, we live at different addresses. Regardless, the deal should be given to me because that's way the coupon is for. Instead of nicely explaining why they cannot honor it, the manager that time told me that he will not honor it because if he did that then he'd lose money. I'm sure Walgreens as a company gets reimbursed something if coupons are used and whether they do or not, it's very rude to not honor a legitimate coupon when they Walgreens say they honor it, because it's not like I am trying to cheat you.Anyways, my friend she became really upset and they went back and forth for about 3 minutes, finally, the manager honored the sale, but said if he couldn't read the codes that he would not. This is why I rated this place a 2 because he did end up honoring the code but he was very rude in the beginning. I am sure he had received tons of customers that morning prior to my visit that tried to cheat the coupon system but I am not the other customers and personally I think I deserve respect because I have been a long time customer of Walgreens, my loyalty points are all the way up there because my family always have used their pharmacy. Overall, I haven't came back and won't ever come back even though I live down the street from this Walgreens due to the rude service I've received from this place. I am usually very fair and understanding but I hate receiving bad customer service when I didn't do anything wrong.
