The prosper location doesn’t have anyone onsite. There is nothing posted indicating that the location is interactive teller service only. waited for 10 minutes and no customer service. Called number associated with location. Was informed to drive to another location. Just trying to make a deposit into someone account. I was 1 on 3 customers waiting to speak with someone.

I had a legitimate question regarding recent transactions. Very rude manager acted surly and suspicious the whole time as though I was trying to con him out a whole three dollars. The teller failed to make something clear to me initially. Not my fault. Very unfriendly staff treated a long time customer poorly. I will not be back.

I am normally pleased with my experience at this location . However went in 01/20/2018. And received some of the worst service I have recieveedi n my 48 yrs of being alive . The gentlemen working and lady working showed no interest in helping with my situation. I was needing to visit with the bank mgr or assistant had been calling for 20 min. And no one answered when I walked up to the counter both associates were doing nothing and claimed that they had been busy since opening at 10 it was 10:20 . We didscussed the situation (the death of my father ) and no compassion what so ever was shown . I then called customer service and was spoken with as if I was an idiot . Spoke with the supervisor 45 minutes absolutely no compassion and every other sentence contradicted the one before . Ask for a call back from the Vice President doubt if it will happen as a result I will be closing my accounts with them .
