Considering the short staff. Things run pretty smoothly. The suppose to be in charge guy...he isn't very customer service like. The real counter workers do their best to fulfill needs. The postmaster never lift a finger to help...even when the line is long. He just sits there on the end. Not offering to assist unless you ask him a question. He just looks and goes to hide in the office if you act like you want to ask him a question.

USPS Website, Google, door sign, AND email received for COA in-person verification says they open at 8a. Yet, I’m here typing this out at 8:15a on a Monday, and door is still closed. Ridiculous.

If you do not open up at 8am, you can change the time. Smh, i bet you'll be the first one going to a restaurant complaining about something. Nothing but lazy workers here

I went to pick up mail on Saturday moring. 9 or so. Website states it open from 8 to 10.
I could hear people in the back talking.. so I rang the bell for service. They would not open the door.. so I knocked. The mean person open the door & said they don't open till 10 and SLAMMED the door in my face.
Went to website to see the time again... so I rang the bell again .. she said they are not open & I showed her the times on the website & asked to speak to supervisor & she slammed the door again in my face!
What is wrong with people???

Closed at 8:15a on Weds. Now I need to double back to the Pflugerville office. Bummer.

Everyone always has a great attitude here whether they are short staffed have a line out the door or it’s just you there that needs help.

Their sign says 8am-noon but it was 8:20 on a Monday and they had not opened, the convenience store clerk said the USPS person sometimes doesn’t come in until 8:30 (ish). The Dropbox outside was out of service and this place doesn’t give confidence for things to get shipped out on time, if at all.

My go to for shipping from the hours of 8amTo Noon. Understand that after 12pm they are closed daily. Never a line and great customer service from the nice lady who works there. They are fully stocked up on all the shipping materials that you need. I’ve never encountered a line when having to ship.
