Needed my car towed and Justin was so great. He tried to troubleshoot first which I appreciated and was so pleasant the whole time, making a not so fun day of car troubles much better. Thanks Justin!

Very horrible experience. I would give them no stars. My truck was suppose to be towed . I m put in request at 1:30pm It is now 5 15 pm no show. Called number provided no one picked up

Insurance company contracted this company. 3 hours later they didn’t answer multiple calls from myself or the insurance company. Insurance had to call a different company.

Spotted one of their drivers zipping around traffic on the 1 flashing his red and blues like he's some kind of hot shot because someone isn't going fast enough for him.. Last I checked, it was illegal to flash red and blues like that UNLESS you are on a scene of an accident or in a parking lot on a call.. To just be zipping in and out of congested traffic flashing the lights because you're in a hurry..... It's a wonder why this company has such terrible ratings 😂🗑️

The absolute worst tow service that I never chose to use in the first place. I was told 45 min for them to get to me. Over an hour later I get a call from the driver that it’ll be about 30 more mins for him to get to me. He thinks he’s funny and tried to tell me his opinion on the time I requested a tow and it’s the day after the holiday and I was ridiculous to expect him to be on time. NO YOU TELL SOME ONE YOULL BE SOME WHERE AT A CERTAIN TIME YOU GET THERE AT THAT TIME! This place is awful and the driver sounds about as brave over the phone as I’m sure he is behind a keyboard.

Storm Towing was dispatched to me from USAA after a nightmare I had been through with a different company that was sent first. Isaiah called me to let me know he was on his way and I was crying when I answered. He was calm, polite and showed me so much empathy. I was extremely grateful for that. When he showed up he was again extremely polite and professional. He had my car loaded very quickly and carefully. I can't say thank you enough to him and his kindness was greatly appreciated on what was a crappy situation for me. Thank you so much again Isaiah!!!

Great experience with Storm Towing this month! My engine warning light came on in rush hour traffic, 95 degrees outside! I was able to immediately turn into an empty lot & turn off the engine. I called USAA, & was connected to a towing company which couldn’t find me in their system; said they would arrive in an hour. 90 minutes later, called USAA again; they sent Storm Towing.
They picked up my car & dropped it off at my local dealer’s shop. The dealer couldn’t even look at my car for 7 days, they said. I called Storm Towing, and they picked up my car again, and dropped it off at an independent repair shop. Justin, their driver, kept me informed with texts. Friendly & reliable! USAA paid for the first tow—I paid $150 for the additional tow—I don’t know what the avg cost is in Austin, but $150 saved me from being without transportation for a week—or more!

I had storm towing come out and take care of my vehicle and get it to my local mechanic. They did an outstanding job. The driver was professional courteous, and went out of his way to make sure I got taken care of. He went above and beyond I can’t say enough about this company will be recommending again in the future

I know no one loves having their car towed, but Justin was an absolute hero. Storm was dispatched through my insurance. Justin communicated clearly his arrival time and upon arrival, he was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He ended up being able to change my tire and we avoided towing. He also followed us back part of the way home to make sure the tire held up. In a bad situation, Justin was a serious godsend. On a holiday no less. Thank you Justin!!
