My husband & I had Versatile Steel Buildings, construct a shop with slab (by company he recommended) on our property. In less than a year, the building began to shift & siding began to warp & bend. After repeated requests to come & repair the mess, a worker came out & loosened the siding to put back in place. The siding once again is warping!!! Kirk came out & said it was caused by wind damage. We had our homeowners insurance representative come out twice & found no wind damage to the structure or on the roof of our home. We have been told IT HAS INADEQUATE BRACING ON FRONT OF THE SHOP!!! Versatile Steel now wants us to pay to fix the mess caused by THEIR substandard construction. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY......POOR PRODUCT & WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THE SHOP LOOKS AWFUL😖
