WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PHARMACY. My mom who was told last minute she was having a procedure done and required a prep liquid to drink was told by her doctor to rush to pharmacy at 4pm to request this prep and to take the prescription given. Take in mind the doctor gave her this prescription in October and it took this long for insurance to approve it. As she rushed right after the doctor called her the pharmacist very rudely told her why is she coming now this is something that needs to be done prior then told her we don't have that. Her tone was so disgusting my mom felt so belittled and as this lady made her feel stupid. My mom is 67 years old and was with my niece and even my niece who is 7 thought the lady was rude as hell. NEVER GOING BACK

If you call they just answer and set the phone down until eventually they hang up…So rudeSo unprofessionalHorrible serviceI tried speaking with someone a few times in the evening and the same thing happens.The person picks up the phone. You can hear her talking with a customer. Eventually she just hangs up on you.Wow!! Terrible!!!

RUDE , DISCRIMINATE, AND ALL OTHER REASONS TO NEVER GO TO CVS AGAIN. Simply asked where the restroom was, the worker looked me from head to toe, laughed and then told me it was closed DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF A MANAGER! After noticing the manager cowering behind a cart instead of correcting her associate I brought it to her attention and eventually used the RR. I had all intentions to get something but now i know this place aint getting a dime from me. Now I remember why I switched ALL MY SCRIPTS TO HEB! Miss you never CVS.

Pharmacy.Do not call the pharmacists with questions. Super rude for someone who’s there to answer the client’s questions.I wasn’t even given a chance to explain myself when she cut me off and asked for my date of birth to look me up in the system, which I’m not in. Then she got frustrated because I’m calling as someone who isn’t in the system? Had she given me a chance, I would’ve explained better and she could’ve saved her time and energy by not completing unnecessary tasks on her computer.I used to work at a pharmacy, and we would’ve never dismissed someone so quick due to assumptions. Do better.
