Kairem never returned my calls. Called my number, I'm told manager is busy and to leave #. No call back.Took my truck in for engine light.Later I'm told i need testing that's 300 on exhaust.Next day I get a vague response on why the are recommending over 4.5k in work.I pick up truck after they charge 300 for testing that was suppose to confirm problem.I did my research. Bad gas. Next fill up. Engine light goes away.How the heck you gonna to charge 300 to find root cause. Then ask for over 5k.All for just bad gas.I gave up after trying to call for 2 weeks straight. Bad service

I had such a great experience with Yajaira Flores while looking for an unanticipated vehicle.I had went to 5 other dealerships looking for something to replace my dedicated 20 yr old Ford Explorer that died on me suddenly.I got EXCEPTIONAL customer service with her and with Zachary as well !!??I am a dedicated Nissan customer from now on !! Just bought bought my second car here. Carlos did great as our salesman. Management really worked with us to get the vehicle. They not only matched the other dealership rate, they beat it and gave us the best deal on our trade in after checking carmax and Toyota..... I'm in love with the new ride.

Excellent customer service. Lillian was our service technician and she was great about explaining the service. My only issue which was no fault of Lillian's was having to return the following day for a new gas cap...however when we did return for the gas cap Saturday my vehicle was in and out quickly.

Purchased a used car; 2012 Maxima; for my Daughter. The vehicle is clean and nice. However the service after the same is the worst. Financed part of vehicle with Sterli g McCall and purchased a service contract which was reportedly a Nissian Platium level contract. I have received nothing regarding this service contract and can seldom get anyone on the phone. I had to call two months after purchase to get the plates sent to me. Do not care for customer once sell is completed. I am still trying to get warranty info, which was very expensive. Stay away from this place.

Really bad experience for a new comer to the state, especially it is the first time to buy a new car. Trying to figure out how to purchase a car, but only got rude sale manager kept asking me to sign the document without explaining any details or procedures. Maybe it is the time for dealers to sell car so easy, but still i should be treated like a customer for this business. After telling the sales manager that would pay by check without financial, starting to be doubted if i have the money. When I said need time to consider it, got nonstop questions as "what is your concern? Do you have the money? You won't have a job here without a car you know? Feel really uncomfortable...
