Poor customer service, went in Saturday to buy a trailor they told me that they could start the process and take all my info. Called Sunday and they told me that it will be ready to go Monday morning when the open at 9am, called Monday at 10am let them know I was 20 months away just to get to the store and none of the paperwork was even started! Manager Armando Solis was very rude, unprofessional, and apathetic and said for himself he doesn’t want to be there at work. When the other manager was starting to apologize Armando stopped him and said no need for apology. Only 1 star only cause I have to write this review! Customer service is POOR!!

Great customer service from Tom and Gerald!!! After leaving Home Depot disappointed , we headed to Northern Tools to get a lawn mower. So glad we did, they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted at a fair price😄

This store is still one of the best ones around. I'm I can sit on my workers here and get whatever they need to get. Unlike Katie store, don't ever go to katie's store if you're a business owner. The people here are very nice and very helpful.... Customer service is very professional and warranty. Exchanges are very much more easier here.
