This is the only gas station that I go to in my area and I have at least have 4 within a mile of my apartment. Asif, and Eddie are the best hands down. They are always so helpful. They always have a smile on their face and willing to go the extra mile for me. For example today, I purchased some gas and they told me don't you want you rewards .( I completely forgot to ask about using it) I wish every gas station had staff like this

I spilled some slushee on the counter and this guy comes up to me and tells me to be careful, which is totally fine, I tell him I’m sorry and he walks away, then I hear him curse me under his breath in a different language, which he probably didn’t know I speak, but I understood every word. If ur reading this Asif, maybe treat ur consumers with a little more respect.

This gas station deserves a zero star; the guy in there is so rude and wants to tell people how to talk. Their car wash stopped working in the middle of everything and I tried to call them and don’t even have a phone number listed on their receipts. That’s crazy then I go back in and the guy in there is more upset than me. Very disrespectful and Bad customer service! Never going back

I love this Shell gas station!! Best little store in Texas!! Everyone is always so polite and professional. They always have everything I need and I go there at least once a day. Clean and again everyone so polite and always smiling at every customer that comes in. THANKS YOU'RE GREAT!!!

One of my favorites gas stations to go to, especially when Asif is working the counter. He's got a great attitude, always very polite and extremely helpful. I drive the extra 3-4 miles out my daily drive just to stop there rather than other gas stations in the area.

The attendant was rude and was on his phone the whole time he was talking to me. Pump number 7, leaked gas all over the place. I brought this to the attendants attention and he ignored me and told me manager will be here tmrw morning. I have had brand loyalty for the longest but this made me change gas stations for sure. Really bad customer service and a unattended to lot. Dirty with gas and trash everywhere.
